Blood alcohol poisoning is extremely cool. The trauma your body experiences as your organs struggle to function under the toxic load. Your blood delivering the damage all over, including your heart lungs kidneys liver arteries colon and brain. The months and months and years your parents and teachers and community invested, time and energy and money, to raise a happy healthy human that would be around to love them all back, stomped on and wasted. The future potential, slipping away, your health and reputation disappearing while you dumb yourself down beyond repair, attack your body and mind beyond repair. This culture of the glorification of binge drinking seriously needs to die. Want to sip on some wine with dinner or a cold beer on the porch in the heat of summer? I'm all for that. But the kind of drinking displayed in this clip can honestly go fuck itself.

neither am i, but coding is one of those things nobody is "good at", its all about the hours you put in and the drive you have to utilize this technology to be a better person and a better influence on the world. we all have that power at our beck and call, its just a matter of grasping onto it and changing life for you and the ones you love for the better. you might not be "good enough" now, but i suspect in the 2 years time you wrote this and now, you'll still feel that way even though you've probably advanced in ways you couldn't have anticipated. keep it up

He was probably just checking the traffic output (texts in the white window I think). No one knows what's actually being communicated between his Python server and maybe fake clients aside from him, so seeing the traffic on the candidate's laptops is a good quick way to confirm that they've gotten root access to the computer hosting the Python server.
The white window looks like windbg which is a debugger on windows that lets you examine core dumps (likely from the python server) that allow you to look for vulnerabilities. Seems like they staged it realistically
