As you correctly said there are 32 counties on the island of Ireland but this is the national anthen of the Republic of Ireland, which consists of 26 counties. The 6 counties that are omitted on the map (Fermanagh, Armagh, Tyrone, Derry, Antrim & Down) make up Northern Ireland which is part of the UK

These are Ireland's official borders. Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean we should all change them.

The Anthem is for the whole Nation, which encompasses the entirety of the island of Ireland, and all small islands around it. Ulster is part of the Irish Nation, and should never be excluded when the Island is shown.
