They eat something that says low fat on it or drink something that says diet(half the time its loaded with chemicals that add weight anyway) and then when the hunger pangs kick in again, because only fat and calories really stop hunger for long in 90% of people...then they eat their "real" dessert. The irony is that "low fat" oftentimes mean SHIT in terms of weight-loss. Aside of the fact that natural fat is oftentimes not even a bad thing (for instance in milk), the real problem in most cases are the calories. While a grownup needs say around 1200 to 1500 calories per day, a lot of Americans drink softdrinks with so much sugar in it, it sums up to A FEW THOUSAND calories a day on BEVERAGES ALONE! And that "additional" energy, that the body does NOT need to do work then gets transformed into body fat. So if you stuff yourself with insane excess ammouts of energy (no matter what the sorce may be), eating some stuff that is "low fat" on TOP of it will not drain excess energy from your system! ;D

I really did love Johnny Sack as a character, but the joke situation really brought out his immaturity. It’s important to stick up for your family, but the stubbornness Johnny showed in the situation was ridiculous. Carmine provided a more than fair solution by taxing Ralph for $200,000, and John still wasn’t satisfied. He was so dead-set on killing Ralph, a very important guy who made Carmine a lot of money, that he didn’t even understand the potential consequences. Whacking a made guy after the boss of the family directly told you not to would have had dire consequences. I don’t doubt that Johnny would have been killed for whacking Ralph, leaving Ginny a widow. This is clearly something Johnny didn’t consider, and it shows that even the most cunning and suave mobsters on the show are really just stubborn morons who freak out when they don’t get their way.

Exactly right. Ralph would have not only had to literally pay a high price, he would have also been humiliated and would have had to live with that humiliation the rest of his life - which was fitting and proportionate punishment. And would have been a strong deterrent for anyone else considering cracking similar jokes in future. Johnny Sack would've been seen as a man of honor who protected his wife, no more prestige issue for him to worry about.
