That was - interesting and surprising... I don't know what I thought it will be like but it was definitly different and it is great. Your voice is particular angelic and very emotional and touching. But honestly I am a metal head and I love rough powerful smokey voices like David 's from Disturbed and Peyton Parrish's. For my opinion they both nailed it to the top so high nobody else could sing it better... I can't say which version I like most cause they are both incredible... David with his evil and angelic voice and Peyton with his powerful unique voice made it his own song... But now you are my number three better than Simon & Garfunkel... I love this. The make up at the end, the way the word burn emulates the burning crow in the movie. The lighting looking like wings, the actual wings, costume everything was amazing and of course the voice. THE voice on fire. I've landed on Corvyx before and nothing caught my attention out of the norm. It wasn't til I landed on an old rendition of Sound of Silence from Disturbed. After listening to the song multiple times throughout the week I decided to type Sound of Silence cover and re-landed on corvyx. So I gave it a shot, he took that sumbeehive turned it sideways and stuck straight up anyone's attempt at covering this song. It deserved a well deserved subscription. I cannot wait to hear more. ....I have not heard this song since my daughter's first massive surgery. She has cancer and this was her favorite song when she was a baby. I played this song on repeat walking around the pre op room at Texas children's hospital in Houston. She was 6 months at the time. The Monday right after father's day.....after the 15th time they came out to get her for surgery I broke down the surgeon just hugged me. This song holds so much emotion for me.
