tama... talaga sa Philheath ang problema.. kasi sabi nang isang doctor or Hospital na bago nila gawin sa patient ay forwarded to Philheath for approval and completed documents.. if there's a fraud in doc. from Hospital must be validated by the Philheath..

One should not limit on the qualification of having integrity in leadership. Corrupt and fraud practices in the government are the due to the lack of internal control. Regular post audit in financial and operations should be done. The leader should be aware that if there is a money involve, expect always the risk behind every transactions.

Abolish PhilHealth ! The source of funding ng Phil. UHC for me is unsustainable mostly coming from sin tax .ang mga bansa na may Universal Health Care ang funding nito ay galing mismo sa mga tax payers .you don’t need another agency like PhilHealth to run this program it should be DOH alone at dapat per Hospital ang budget and let them buy whatever stuff needed according sa specialisation ng mga nasabing Hospital .at the same time mas madali itong ma audit
