08:00 JWST is Gold plated and transmits mostly signals past 700nm so more IR signal is captured. Optics desinged for the hubble were more suited in the 400nm-780nm bands less IR is captured.

Did you know the cooler picture of Saturn where you can see earth so small is the also a picture where all world was posing for this picture and waving at the Cassini spacecraft taking it.NASA told everyone back in 2013 exactly when Cassini would be snapping the picture

Basically, it is usually when a comet, asteroid, or moon gets too close to a planet that it passes the "roche limit", getting ripped apart. Its remnants form the planet's ring system.
