Randomly found this on KZbin couple years back and instantly loved it - great tune. Never heard of the Specials before, but now I've leaned all about them. To all the folks in the comments - Only cool people with excellent musical taste know this song. So I'm amongst my peeps. Thumbs up to all of yall, Terry, and the Specials.

Just working out Rico was 45 here, when the rest were just kids, Terry barely 20, the other in their early 20s. What a fantastic opportunity he used to influence the next generation, musically.

The reason I prefer Ska punk to straight Ska is that while songs like this are light and groovy and fun it lacks any kind of meat to ground it. Half of the instruments being played can hardly be heard 🤣. Nevertheless The Specials are still fantastic.
