Before you comment it, I know the original Shantae was ported to the 3DS Virtual Console. I would have mentioned it in the video, but writing scripts is much like drowning in inch deep water, it isn't easy.

The gbc game was also released for 3ds virtual console. If you hurry you can buy it before the shop closes.

I'd also have to buy a 3DS, a handheld console I also do not own. Either way, I'll just wait for the Playstation port.

Now this was a great video. I enjoyed from beginning to the end. :) The editing was really well done and there were also funny jokes along with all the information on one of my favorite video game franchises. The only thing I would mention is that the original Shantae was also available on the 3DS eShop, but that's a pretty small detail. With quality like this you're gonna gain subscribers like crazy, so keep it up!

The original GBC Shantae was actually also ported to the Nintendo 3DS (Virtual Console) a while before the Switch. Although if you don't own a 3DS, then you could simply just use one of those free online Game Boy Emulators on PC to play the original Shantae. I wouldn't call it the ideal way, but it is an accessible alternative option, if you don't have any official gaming hardware that has it.

@@SpeedsterCreations I think I saw this video in my KZbin recommendations, or maybe somebody I follow on Twitter had retweeted it or something, I forget which. Also I'm a pretty big Shantae fan as well, so I usually follow the topic and look for new Shantae related videos and stuff online.

Great video. Sadly this was what I was gonna do for her 20th Anniversary. Now I gotta scrap my video I was gonna work on. I was a Shantae fan since 2002 but I feel like I can't even do anything right to celebrate her 20th Anniversary :( Keep up the good work by the way. I'm just afraid if I make my video people will say I copied you...which I was gonna use my VTuber avatar there while talking about all the Shantae games...guess I need to cancel the project
