Yesterday I completed Highway Encounter and Atic Atac on my new Spectrum. The last time I played and completed those games was 1985!!! 😍 It's like 39 years never passed 😌

When the games list for this machine was dropped. I was initially was pleasantly surprised by its lineup! 😊. Now you’re throughly gone through them all. I could now easily hack through that list, as now which are actually good and bad! 🤔. Certainly there are many more better games not on here. But I think from this list and those others out there. By the time BLAZE gets around to putting out their Collection, or Collections? I think we will be all the better for it! 😊. Well done for putting together this vid! It was a great effort. 👍. Also someone get this guy a new Phrase book for Christmas! LOL! 😂.

Nice! I can’t wait to get mine, but unfortunately my pre order hasn’t came through and Amazon have sent an email to say they will update me when they have a delivery date ☹️ Pre ordering doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore. Edit: after speaking to Amazon customer support they told me the shipment of the spectrum got held up at the final stage of dispatch and that it should be resolved very soon (24 hours I was told). I didn’t get any more info. As it’s out of stock almost everywhere they have kept my preorder on their system and will send out as soon as it’s available. I cancelled it but it’s still there and so just going to leave it as it is and see if it comes through. Anyone else had the same experience? I’m tired of chasing these releases so just going to wait it out and for the email to tell me it’s at the Amazon locker. (One thing I really appreciate about Amazon as you don’t have to have it left anyplace or be around to accept it etc). I really wish Amazon and these Retro companies would do something about this type of situation. Only happens with retro devices 😆

@@Stephen-2097 Oh no... Amazon have been a nightmare recently by taking on too many orders that they don't actually have stock allocation for. I'd try and source elsewhere.

Cancelled my order ☹️ Prior to the latter half of this year I’ve never had any pre order issues. As there is so little stock available across all retailers there seems to be something not quite right about the supply chain and logistics in the UK at the moment. A few items I usually buy have been out of stock recently that have never typically been in short supply. I think demand was good but not crazy high, there’s not a load of reviews up on retailer websites yet for many of the products. All appears a bit strange. Edit: Amazon have kept my preorder on system. Have been in touch with them and they said the device should ship/be resolved very soon. New purchases give a delivery date of early Jan 2025 now 😬

@Stephen-2097 yes I agree, I've seen the same problems with Evercade products. It's been a mess.

@@CrazyBurger yeah, it is certainly not good. It’s a really nice product, as are many of the evercade devices etc but the buying experience now is terrible. Pre ordering used to be a way to secure an item on release day. For those special purchases. But now it’s just uncertainty followed by disappointment. Scalpers are another issue. It still amazes me when a big retailer allows you to buy 30 plus items such as these. There is no reason except if you’re another retailer or a scalper 😂
