are you trolling lol? its a 2d image projected onto a virtual sphere's surface (so 2d frames), and 360° video == "spherical video"; they are the same thing; FOV is described by angle *rotated around an axis* - so 10mm lenses have a 122° FOV meaning a cone with 122° angle with it's axis.

well couldn't you have cheated a little by making the greenscreen image the same resolution but smaller. OF course that way you would need to do it infinite times because there is no information loss down the way.

I actually saw this at a Maths Inspiration Event. The summary of it was basically: after 30 minutes of screwing with a camera, Matt Parker decided to juggle with infinite versions of himself. Inspiring stuff.
