How do you think tea came to the British Empire? You can have a billion slaves but without the proper amount of corru... influence, you're not getting very far. Brutally slaughtering your opponent counts as influence though so it works either way.

For anyone currently wondering if this still works it was nerfed hard in the last patch. Only the first entrepreneur you hire gives a 3% faction tax bonus now and they only have 15% increase to gold per turn. So technically it does work, but it's nowhere near what it was.

@@germanverner6501 Yep. The warlords get a skill called ravenous expansion that increases the money made by settlement buildings by 40% that stacks and even works while the lord is disbanded. Infinite money if you're patient enough.

@@germanverner6501 Nah, the HE cheese is easier because all you need is the hero with the trait you want, but there's a limit to how many heroes you can have. There's no limit to how many lords you can have, therefore infinite, the only problem is you can't get ravenous expansion maxed until I thiiiink lord level 13 so it takes more work than just popping out a hero.

Queek can recruit warlords at level 13 after he controls Karaz-a-Karak easily with only a couple buildings that increase lord recruit rank. It really makes his campaign in Mortal Empires way easier than any other skaven since you just vomit armies after that point.

Bretonnia can get 50k+ income in under 100 turns... i've done it several times, and they don't have supply lines. So playing on very hard or legendary doesn't eat into your income as much. Spiff was "celebrating" a 33k over turn income at the end of his video... So yeah, multiple factions have a better economy... Even legend is unaware of this because no one takes teh time to praise the Bretonnian economy because they don't have any economy boosting mechanisms, but they do have plenty of cost reduction mechanisms ;)

Noble empire battle wizards, and theres one for vampires too, can do the (slightly worse) same thing as the HE and dont require influence. Vampire necro cap comes from growth buildings which you want everywhere for a long time anyway. With skelle spam you can take and hold large batch of land really quickly and get the necro farm rolling probably the fastest. Empire can get noble trait on every single non legendary lord or hero on the list.
