Such a great information. So hard to be virtues in our day & age. So much reasons to become angry, impatient & self involved. However, as you said we need to train to get stronger in our VIRTUES. We can't necessarily grow our strength without obstacles & tests which are going to be the vices. Prayer & doing the rosary helps with these spiritual battles.
