The square root of 40 + the square root of 90 = ? Many won’t know the ANSWER!

No calculators allowed? Five times the square root of ten. But If I were to have the aid of a calculator? It would be fifteenpointeightoneonethreeeighteightthree. First, I used Prighman's theorem and squared the hypersine of ten times the exobaric limit if the square root of five, and according to the 38th Heckle, any andronomial filligreed to the verison of A to the B quarked is equal to the distulation of it's premogenical roots. In this case, the square root of 40 is equal to zeno cubed pi over 2 co-cubed. Or, in layman's terms, twice the square root of ten. However, the square root of ninety is more problematic. The roots of the divulgenator of 90 times the hyperconomial of A parsec B cannot be resolved into anything less than an A prime B cubed azimuth of 3, so therefore the square root of ninety must be three times the square root of ten. When you take three times the square root of ten and then take the inverse log of the zero-prime cogonominator of twice the square root of ten, you get... Fifteenpoitneightoneonethreeeighteightthree. Or, to simplify, just add 3 times the square root of ten, plus two times the square root of ten, and now I can brag to my friends and family that I seriously don't know what the heck I'm blabbing on about.

TL, DW: factor each number. Take a common factor and work from there. √90 + √40 = √(9×10) + √(4×10) = 3√10 + 2√10 = 5√10

Simplify the radicals first father leading one breaks down to 2 square root of 10 the second 3 square root of 10 adding them give 5 square root of 10

Why do you do SQR4 * SQR10 and not SQR4 * SQR2 * SQR5? I.e. why do you break up into 2 squares instead of 3 squares?

Because 4 is a perfect square, and neither 2 nor 5 are. So, the SQR4 is a whole number (2). Whereas the SQR2 and SQR5 are not whole numbers (1.41 & 2.24) The final answer 2(SQR10) is preferred, because it is simpler than 2(SQR2)(SQR5), due to having fewer expressions. Although both = 6.3

Well, not the specific one. But if you can not simplify the square root of 8, you are not smart enough yet to simplify the square root of 40 or the square root of 90, and will receive a D- at best on your tests in school.
