The truck is coming along nicely. I'd look into a trailer with the squarebody on tow/base camp duty and the XJ as a dedicated crawler.

Looks great! Maybe put some work lights on the side and rear. 5 gallon Jerry can on the inside. Spare driveshaft, axle shaft. First aid kit. GMRS/HAM antenna.

Not bad ideas at all! I have a first aid kit behind the seat and I definitely want some lights on the rack for area lighting and light up the cargo area 😎

"leaf springs are for poor people" buys a truck with leaf springs lol. Truck is coming along and looking good, I love those wheels. I have a 79 k10 I'll be using in place of my wrangler for exploring and "over landing". I live in Las Vegas. So much to see in the part of the country I don't wanna miss out.

Looks good! I may have to get one for my square body. Do you think it will hold up well to the flexing and twisting of the frame these trucks have while off-roading ?

We took it out this weekend and zero issues! I think it added rigidity to the bed itself since it boxes it in 👌🏼 but I definitely want to box the frame to eliminate any chances of cracking the frame 😬. And if you pick up a rack use my link in the description of the video for 10% off your order!
