It is kinda nice to see how this spinoff goes. It has the camera ratio as Young Sheldon and the laugh track of The Big Bang Theory. I can already tell this could be a combination of both since it’s a spin-off of both.

to be fair the team behind this universe of shows nailed two intros perfectly from day one TBBT and Young Sheldon had fantastic intros so i guess they are bound to have one sub par one at somepoint

I really like this spin off! Definitely love to have Georgie and Mandy’s story being told. It was great to see Mima and Mary again! I really love Jim. He reminds me so much of George and the scene between him and Georgie was emotionally bittersweet. I cannot stand Mandy‘s mom. I loved the irony that CeeCee spoke her first words and there were “Dada”. I do agree that the music is quite different; however, it’s only the first episode, and I trying to give it a chance. I think they’re trying to remind us that it’s about their first marriage and to give the little romantic vibe to it. As an intro and outro it’s fine, but I do that believe that a different choice of music for the transitions would be better. 🧑🏼‍🦱👩🏼👶🏼❤️

I like that it's a mix of young sheldon and a sitcom, like when they are sitting in a table they aren't all facing the same spot for no reason, and the lauch track is there but not in an annoying way like TBBT but like the old shows I like the tango but maybe that's the argentina in me

The opening is a Tango. The music when the scenes change is more of the tango music. I'm assuming it's meant to be a take on "it takes two to tango" which, of course, is how Georgie and Mandy ended up in this predicament. So, actually, it's rather perfect. 😊

The commentary on the laugh track made me giggle, they abandoned it from Big Bang theory for Young Sheldon, and have brought it back now for this show. It was a massive point of discourse before the show released, so I'm glad to see them address it in a lighthearted way

My opinions on this show before it came out I was a bit mad that this was the choice because I feel like they want us to forget Big Bang existed because of all of its dated elements and make young Sheldon the next best thing but now that I’ve watched this episode, it’s actually quite funny and I think the music is an interesting choice but I think I need time to get used to it

Honestly, I don’t see why they included Connor as a character in the first place. If I remember correctly he was only in one episode of YS. He wasn’t there for Mandy’s wedding or when Cece was born. Don’t really see how his character is going to have any purpose or potential.

Nah tbh, I feel like this show is really unnecessary. My main problem with the show is that there is no literal point, we all know they’re gonna get divorced (Sheldon confirmed this in TBBT). Don’t get me wrong, I like Georgie and Mandy’s character, but a show is kind of unnecessary. If I had to choose a spin-off for Young Sheldon, I definitely would’ve preferred like a Paige spin-off, since we don’t really know what happened to her after show and why Sheldon doesn’t talk about her. Or I definitely would’ve loved another spin-off from TBBT (maybe a backstory for Howard or a continuation for one of the characters).

Hey Cody! I'm a new subscriber to your channel. The first videos I've watched are your reactions to the Big Bang Theory and iCarly shows, and I'm enjoying them. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. I'm enjoying Georgie and Mandy's first marriage and look forward to where the show goes. Mandy's mom is my least favorite, Georgie has proven to her that he's responsible and reliable, and he adores Mandy and his daughter, and Audrey shouldn't be treating him that way. Also, all kids and babies are different some might start talking early and some may not and it's a normal thing. I hope she'll warm up to Georgie eventually. I also love the chemistry between Georgie with Mandy and her dad Jim. I also hope we get to see Cc grow throughout the show, but I guess we'll see as the show goes.

The scenes when they cut to like a commercial break or a another scene, it felt like a humming bee like one of Thoses really cartoonish shows that they did, it kinda reminds me of that, I am not sure why though, but it is weird with the humming sound in the background, why can’t they put like another theme audio track instead of it sounding like humming bees in the background, very weird choice if you ask me. I feel like I was watching a documentary about bees or something when that sound came on cause bees do Bzzz around the place, it just dosen’t seem right to me.

i’m ngl it’s kinda jarring to hear a laugh track. I think even the later seasons of TBBT the laughs was completely on its way out. Imo young sheldon is as good as it is because it updates the universe into modern day sitcoms. I think it’s weird too because we know these characters from a universe that played everything straight. Now they’re doing individual bits for a laugh idk i think this is a weird direction for characters not as strong as FRIENDS, TBBT or HiMyM
