You're probably well past the point of this being useful by now, but it's worth noting there's a fair bit of equipment in the game with "take X% less wind damage" on them. They range from 20% to 50%, and you likely have several already.

You can kill the woke quintar, levelling won’t help you. Look at your gear, change your class comps, redistribute stat growths, and get more passives.
