What leaders? It's about who you know, not what you know. My boss is my co worker who has a role. Nothing more nothing less. They are not special. I say that because I just had lunch with my manager on Friday and told her I was unhappy with my pay and position with the company because when I started about 2 years ago that I wanted a role with more responsibility and a larger role because I came into the company with more experience, and took a bit of a downgrade to show then I was serious. Well here we are 2 years later, did a whole bunch of projects, took on work from others and volunteered as much as I could. And where did it get me. My boss said "are you mad at me?" After being blunt and explaining why I was unhappy that is what I get as a response. So I was open and honest and that's what it got me, someone thinking about themselves.

It’s because he’s just going off of what he hears on TV. The traditional financial media is hung up on wages being a primary cause of inflation, and that’s just not true. It’s Keynesian clap trap. Inflation, as you correctly pointed out, is just an increase in the supply of money. Traditional inflation is about 35%, or rather the increase in the money supply. There’s been slight deflation over the past year or so, about 3-4%.
