It's me, I'm no one. For characters you literally have no idea what to do with, even an outdated guide is better than nothing. Literally watched his 17 guide recently and already feel WAAAAY better at the character. It sucks the guides are outdated though.

To TinyTorgue, Please read this. I get that the Old Guides are outdated and probably not worth the continuous edits and such, but you have been such a light in the darkness for those who are new to these games! When I first started playing FighterZ, I had no clue wtf I was doing, and would get angry all the time. I had no idea how to setup scenarios, confirm stray hits, or mix up my opponents, nor block theirs. Searching online for guides only gave me gibberish notations of combos i didn't understand. When I found you when you were just starting out, I was skeptical that the guide you uploaded would help me, that was until I clicked on the video. The very first panel showing the notation guide with the directions and buttons made everything so much more understandable, I became extremely indebted to you and how easy you made studying the game. As time evolved, the memes were slowly introduced and I fell even more in love. Your style of editing and including what buttons did also helped me not just to formulate combos, but look out for what my opponent was going for. I improved dramatically in matchups with characters I studied and each time I watched a video and learned more, I began to take notes on blockstrings and setups. I learned that punishes are part of the game and something I shouldn't get mad at. I learned to love FighterZ again, and to embrace its ever-evolving chaotic nature. Not only that, but as you began doing SF6 guides, I watched those too. My note-taking had become a habit at that point, and I would sit there for 90-120 minutes every upload, taking notes on a game I didn't play. Without you and your in-depth, beginner-friendly, attention-grabbing guides, I would never have learned to love fighting games again. So please, if you could continue making them, if even at a slower rate, I would be forever grateful. You are the only one who explains things to the level a noob like me can understand. I hope you consider it. ❤❤ Sincerely, A Man you Helped.

I feel the production quality and breakdown of the move mechanics in your guides had got me the most into DBFZ. Most people don't go nearly as in depth as you have even in the most popular of fighting games and if they do it usually revolves around a single character that they main. Whatever plans in the future you have I do know the communities you will touch will love to have you in there community.

Ive been using your dbfz character guides since August to learn DBFZ for a money match (actually 2 of them, including a runback). I ended up losing (no shame tho, my opponent was very experienced and skilled), but between your guides and the dustloop wiki, i went from being a total scrub who knew near zero about the game to a current Super Saiyan 3 orange square on PC that can at least keep up with high-level players. That may not seem super SonicFox impressive, but this is just me training myself (no training partners) in around TWO MONTHS time!!! I feel like normally it would take me like 6 months to make that level normally. I still have a long ways to go, but i feel like ive made huge leaps in skill and the game is so fun to play thanks to your guides teaching so much, they are so well done!! Thank you so much, and hopefully i can beat my rival when we run it back again in a couple of months!

I feel you. Your work was a massive help to me in 2019-2020 when I first seriously got into fighting games with Fighterz. Your style of teaching through film is honestly a masterclass in both information delivering and entertainment. I have watched your guides multiple times over when doing something other than learning Fighterz. I ran into a crashing problem in 2020 and couldn't play Fighterz at the time so i had to move on to another game (Strive) which broadened my involvement in the FGC. As much fun as I had in strive, I wanted to come back to Fighterz. Watching EVO and your videos kept me hyped for the day I could fix my problem and grind with the new perspective Strive gave me. The rollback and Tenkaichi announcement got me excited but delays worried me about my favorite fighting game. Finally the beta was announced and I was ready to fix my issue and get back on. But it had changed. I watched your guides for my team (BGogeta, DBS Broly, UI) to refresh and that's when I saw this video. It pains me to see the game I love is such a questionable state. Wherever you go next, I want to to know that you had an impact on my life and i hope to do as much as i can for you in return. Thank you TinyTorgue

The problem with FighterZ is precisely the long duration of the matches, it seems that everyone has 3 lives per round and we have to play 2 rounds. Another big problem is the absence of neutral, basically whoever presses buttons earlier wins. This undermines casual players as it is almost impossible to defend yourself and not all characters have DP. Your cammy guide is the best I have watched so far. Do not underestimate yourself.

Much respect man, tbh DBFZ has evolved a lot since I started playing the game 3 years ago but it's no longer enjoyable imo. When you have guys throwing out random Level 3/4s in neutral or in the middle of your own blockstring + all of the weird hitbox mechanics that are basically RNG at this point it's probably best to let it go. Imo the fusion meta (although literally broke the game) was my favorite, it's simply just a party game now.
