The Stinky Boot Award

Every year at this time our church in Lincoln, for years, has conducted a night of "Chili Cookoff" with many participants bringing their very best recipes to the event. The prize? The famous Stinky Boot Award." This year Judah and I entered a submission for the judges. It was an outstanding-tasting chili made with lots and lots of meat, a small number of beans, and layers of flavor. Sadly, we came in 2nd!! The judges were looking for more beans! Go figure. ENJOY
