Minimalism is a journey to freedom and knowing myself once again without the burdens of clutters

This video is exactly what I needed. Your words are exactly how I feel. I have been on my minimal journey for several years now, I still struggle with getting rid of things . But I have down sized a lot and I have lots more to go. Thank you for this video.❤

You articulate this so beautifully, putting into words so many feelings that I couldn't ever quite put my finger on but affected me so much.

Hi Lyndsay, thank you for this. I moved, got rid of stuff and over the years it has built up again! Your videos are helping me so much. I am looking at my home differently. When i declutter something I feel i can breathe a bit easier. Take care. Xx

I think we all have that one type of thing that is the biggest challenge. But I also think that if we know what our own thing is, that we are doing well. Because we can keep a better eye on it. Thank you so much 🙂

Thanks for sharing your minimalism journey. I’m wondering how your husband reacted and if he is now a Minimalist too?
@lyndsayallison23254 ай бұрын
Hello! It is my pleasure to share. As far as my husband goes, he has always been a pretty minimal person for the most part. Never too much of a collector or overindulger... So when I slowly started to get rid of extra things -- he got into the idea quite easily. And as I continued to embrace a minimalist life, he really enjoyed how easy it was to be organized and to know where everything was. Also the mindfulness with which I was purchasing the things that we actually needed was lessening the amount of money we were spending too... which he loved as well. So, I'd have to say that he has slowly, and happily embraced a minimalist lifestyle along with me :)

Thank you for sharing this! I have also read Marie Kondos book and done the Journey.. I am not a fully minimalist but I try to only buy things that I need. I am 63 and I am living in Sweden. I try too buy things of good quality. For me the most important thing is our invorement. And it is really bad. Many People do not care about it. I am now visiting my son and his familj in the Usa. It is very nice! But the do not care of our only planet our Earth. The frow everything in the same trash? Plastic, food, metall, papper etc. In Sweden we have been sorting out our garbish for decades. You can make new plastic etc. It is a huge waist of material here. And another thing. The have suger in a lot of food, bread, müsli etc. I dont eat it at hope. Everbody knows suger is bad for your health. Have a nice week. Thank you 🙏🙏

I think that is one of the most powerful things about travelling... you can see the good and the bad so much clearer when you can compare it to something (or somewhere) else. It sounds like you are doing your best to make your life and your planet as good as it can be. I am doing the same :) Have a wonderful day! And thank you for your support :)
