Thank-you. I love your "little channel." On a news diet...because it drives me crazy and creates nervous energy. Meditation helps me feel calmer...most of the time.😼Great advice. We do tend to forget what we have, when we are stuck in the middle of our monkey brain or failing to even notice our clutter. De-cluttering really helps. I literally feel the energy of the open spaces, and how it creates room for something positive, or beautiful, to enter my life. Be well. Be safe. Peace.
