Today's reaction/analysis is concerned with the song "The Story of One Sky" by Dimash. I've been eagerly anticipating watching and analysing this masterpiece, as it's been recommended by some of you.
I've never seen it before, so this will be a totally blind reaction. As a psychology lecturer and writer, I aim to provide insights from a psychological perspective, hoping to contribute to mental health, wellbeing, wisdom, or understanding for my viewers.
The video begins with scenes portraying the innocence and preciousness of life, particularly through the eyes of children. However, it soon transitions to depict themes of conflict, violence, and the consequences of greed and power.
Throughout the analysis, I'll be exploring the psychological implications of the narrative, symbolism, and messages conveyed in the song. I aim to delve into themes such as human relationships, societal influences, and the potential for change towards a more cooperative and compassionate world.
Join me as we explore the deeper meanings behind "The Story of One Sky" and its relevance to our understanding of human behaviour and societal dynamics. We would love to hear your thoughts and any shared experiences you have with this song.

Can I offer you another point of view? Violence will never stops violence. If you kill one dictator, soon or later it will be another one. Death follow death. And Dimash knows it. For me the answer Dimash offered us is that his son chose another path, the peace path. That is how Dimash ended the video, people searching peace, not preparing another army...

In Sept 2022, Pope Francis traveled to attend the Seventh Congress Leaders of World and Traditional Religions which was being held in Kazakhstan. Dimash performed this song for the Pope during his visit. Pope Francis awarded Dimash with a commemorative medal for his humanitarian efforts. In February of this year, Dimash became a goodwill ambassador for the International Organization for Migration (IOM). As per their website, IOM is an organization within the UN system promoting humane and orderly migrations for the benefit of all.

Dr Nic, I believe you missed something in the earliest part of the story when it is just the three children. Yes, they are all innocent and happy, but even then the seeds of discord are being sown. The three children are Piper (the one who turns out to be the leader of the opposition), the drowning boy (Dimash's character) whose life is saved by Piper. And the girl, who becomes adult Dimash's wife and mother of his children (their little girl is killed and their little boy is being born almost as his father - Dimash - dies) OK, now notice their interactions. Piper saves drowning Dimash and performs CPR. As he is doing this he is occasionally looking up at the girl to see if she is noticing him and what he is doing. But she never looks at him, only at Dimash-- worried if he will breathe again. When the three are walking down the beach, Dimash finds the chest in the boat and looks through it. While Piper and the girl are first chasing each other and then having a serious conversation. It seems like Piper wants her to choose him. But she doesn't instead she runs to rejoin Dimash. Now as to the "symbol" that Dimash discovers in the chest and put on cords for the three of them to wear. It is the gnomon of a sundial compass It helps in pointing you in the right/correct direction. When Dimash gives Piper his gnomon, at first Piper doesn't want to take it and after Dimash places it in his hand Piper closes his hand into a fist and distorts it. Later this "corrupted" gnomon becomes the symbol for his authoritarian regime (see the partial symbol on the flag and the podium). So Piper is already being twisted as a child by jealousy of the girl choosing Dimash over him. Because of that he begins to break away for both of them, but certainly Dimash. So he is already veering off the right path!

Hi, friend. With love from Russia. You should see a live performance of this song to appreciate the vocals without being distracted by the video. Very lively and emotional reaction. A live performance of this song, highlighted in a separate video, can be found on the fan cameras that filmed Dimash's concert in Alma Ata. The best video of the live performance of this song is on Dimash's channel, it was shot by professional cameramen, but not cut separately. Dimash - Almaty Concert | part 3, starts about 24 minutes, immediately after the song "History of the One Sky" there is a new song in Spanish, the composer of which is also Dimash. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4GUo2ytodCgfrc Briefly about the plot. The military dictator is a friend of the main character, he saved Dimash as a child, but then held a grudge against him, because he was also in love with a girl on the beach, but was rejected by her. The murdered girl, according to the plot, is the daughter of the main character (Dimash) and a woman giving birth to her second child. Dimash killed a friend who saved his life and therefore returned to the beginning, that is, he lost his life again. Dimash's second child, according to the predictions of wise people, should become a leader who will lead peaceful people to the light, so people saved the woman so that she could give birth to a son. At the end, Dimash's son is shown, who has become an adult.

The three friends on the beach are Dimash (who became the soldier), the little girl (who was the woman sitting on the floor with a child under her arm holding the necklace. Dimash married her and had children with her), and the taller boy who saved Dimash's life (who became the dictator). The taller boy wanted the girl, but she rejected him on the beach and ran to be with Dimash. Watch how that little Dimash looks at her when she has his necklace on. He loves her. His friend, scowling looks out to sea and does not want to accept the necklace, in fact he never wears it. It gets bent in his hands. The gnomon points towards the right direction in life. They all had one, but only two of them were guided by it.

Thank you so much! ❤This was such a thoughtful and genuine reaction and I agree with you on so many points you've made. One line that stuck out to me was along the lines of "tears and blood should not flow from death, but from birth of life" and in the video he juxtaposed father greiving the daeath of of his daughter and mother giving birth. They were both screaming and crying, but it held completely different emotions. There is so much in this video, I can find something new every time watching it. Thank you for watching it and perhaps through your channel it reached at least one person, who hadn' seen it before ❤

Hello Dr Nic! Thank you for your sincere reaction I know it has been 3 months since you've reacted to the amazing video! When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least! Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was walking under the overpass, also when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace, and harmony and through his many charities. He is a Legend in the making and will go down in History. This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it: This mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was created by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The boys both loved the same girl, but she loved Dimash, so the other boy grew resentful over time, started a war, using the symbol of the necklace given to him by his friend Dimash, as the crest on his army uniform. 1) Dimash, was the boy drowning at the beginning and at the end. 2) The Piper, is the one who saved Dimash, became the leader, and was killed by Dimash at the end. 3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all affected by the war. “People are the caravan…. Life is the way”: Dimash spoke these words in Kazakh, when he found his daughter dead. For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim or (Shepard or a Wise Man) at the end of the video was Dimash’s baby boy, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love, and harmony. I’M CHOSING LIFE!! 🙏🙏 See you in your next reaction. Diane with love from Canada 🥰

Immenso e inarrivabile Dimash. Saluti from Italy 🇮🇹

Thank you. The drowning boy grows to be the soldier. The taller boy grows up to be the dictator. The girl who spurns the taller boy grows up to become the soldier's wife and mother of the little girl who dies and dies giving birth to the baby boy. The mother dies when he is born and the soldier also dies when he is born. The pendents symbol is part of a sundial called a gnomon. Notice that the adults all wear them and the mother's is placed on the baby boys neck. The taller boy squeezes his and it becomes bent as his world view. He then uses the shape as a warped symbol on the uniforms of his soldiers. This is all about peace. Dimash gave his 1st performance of this at the conference on religions that was held in Almaty Kazkhstan. The Pope attended and gave Dimash a gold medal of commendation. Dimash's vocals are mind blowing in this song. He uses chants from many faiths and peoples. The pilgrims are journeying away from war and towards the light. It is a difficult and uphill battle. The grown baby boy becomes the leader of this movement towards peace and life. Thank you for your analysis and your thoughts. This was very interesting.

It was jealousy that turned into hatred for Dimash and the girl who loved each other and had the child killed in the attack on Dimash's village. This transformed from the beginning the "Piper" who never put the gift of Dimash child (a gnomon) around his neck, but always held and clutched it in anger. Exellent reaction...🤍 Grazie Teresa from Genoa ITALY p.s there is a performance live LOVE

Thank you so much for your outstanding reaction🥰. The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In composing, in singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But simply unbelievable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps. You probably have to see it more than once to understand it. He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay. The premiere was on September 24, 2022. As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is. During his concerts he always tells the audience he loves all people in every country. He visited so many different counties with his concerts and he realized that there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And OMG he is such a phenomenal actor. Dimash was the little boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. She was pregnant and in the end of the video she gave birth to her and Dimashs' (character) second child. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. When he came home and saw his daughter dead on the ground, he had to assume that his wife and unborn child were also killed. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. When I first saw the video, I was shocked. I didn't think he was going to shoot his friend. But in the end that all made sense. Dimash wanted to show what revenge can do. Violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. It was so heartbreaking to see Dimash drown at the end. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace. In this video you can see how the main religions are represented mostly with his voice. Islam with the type of Arabic melisma (unfortunately I don't know the correct explanation for this type of singing), Buddhism with the monks and the enchanting "Om", Judaism with the shofar and the Christian church with the soprano singing, which often can be heard in churches. If you want to know more about this video check out dimashnews. com By the way Dimash has received an award from Pope Francis personally at The Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions held in Kazakhstan on September 13, 2022. He performed the song there in connection with the congress before the premiere. Can you imagine, a Muslim receiving an award from the head of the Catholic Church. How wonderful is that🥰. He also gave a speech at the first Central Asian Media Forum, in which he once again strongly advocated peace. You can see it with English subtitles. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHSYZpRpotuZhqssi=99iF8ltfNARzaZAn He is also an abassador of peace. He never get tired to advocat peace everywhere he is. He was recently appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador by the UN. IOM Regional Goodwill-Ambassador of Migration. The official live version of his concert (on September 23, 2022 in front of 30,000 people from 68 different countries) is available on his channel, Almaty concert part 3 from minute 23:15 with a short speech in which he performed the song for the first time. You should definitely see this. There are subtitles in English kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4GUo2ytodCgfrc And he's been singing it in all his concerts ever since. But always a little different. Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

To really understand the narrative happening here in this song, one should study the history of his parents, the nation (the Khazaks), the entire historical background and bring that into what is currently happening in our world today. Dimash has produced and directed this Trophy Masterpiece already few years ago that took him the best part of three years of his young life, and that deserves nothing less than the Nobel Peace Prize. He has put into one piece so many different aspects of life, it needs discussion even and especially at academic level. I totally like and grab your reaction to this multi-gifted and talented artist. ❤

Thank you Dr. Nic. It's interesting how Dimash raises the issue of OUR personal decisions. The pendant that one offers as a symbol of friendship, another uses as a symbol of war. Religions, which invite unity (beautiful images of that slope from the shadows towards the light), others use religions to kill each other. It's OK for us to talk about war when it is distant, but what decision would we make when immersed in horror? That moment is impressive when he, overcome with pain, decides to kill his former friend Piper and a "spiritual storm" occurs, perhaps the last vestige of our conscience (that image where the religious extend their hand in the blizzard as if to say "Do not kill!"). And the result of killing is death itself. An eye for an eye, and the world will be blind... very difficult. As difficult as it is to change the world and the selfishness of man, but we can each start with ourselves. Wonderful the parallelism between childhood and adulthood, life and death, despair and hope, darkness and light... WE HEAR your cry Dimash. Thank you for this, by heart.

I have watched a documentary on History channel about an anthropologist who studies old, almost fossilized human skeletons from around the world. The results were the same everywhere - the older bones showed that men, women and children were equally fed, sharing the resources that were available to them. And then came the time where all this shifted to young men being fed well and all the others - older men, women and children not so much. It coincided with the time in history when people stopped being hunter-gatherers and started to settle, cultivate resources and started to claim those pieces of land as their own. Wars came with possessions, is how I understood it. I love Dimash for his pure heart and passion, for believing that things can change for the better. He put his heart and soul into this work of art. I believe that changes can happen, but not in my life time. I survived two wars in the 90's, and what I went through during those years has made me very cynical. I see people in a different way now. But, cynical people do not make changes, young, passionate people like Dimash make them,

Almaty Concert Part 3 has this sung live for the first time [he sings it at all concerts]. He starts by setting the context which is powerful. His live singing is amazing because you see the passion and despair as he conveys the urgency he feels. He has spoken at a Peace conference where again he explains his philosophical view o they state of the world. He is a spiritual person who seeks to spread love, support and encouragement. He follows the Story of One Sky with El Amor En Ti - the lyrics and music are great

I agree with you 100 percent, Sir. There has been hate and war since time eternal. It is time for it to stop. We can make a difference if we all stand together in whatever faith we have and demand that violence and killing be stopped. We are "golden".... choose life.

Brilliant reaction to this masterpiece. So much symbolism! I also took note that the metal object made into a shared pendant appeared to be a piece from a sundial or compass. Also, when Dimash's young character hands his savior friend his makeshift gift (received reluctantly) the pendant/symbol is revealed as warped after it's in his hand. Also, the use of natural light vs artificial light seemed suggestive (natural sunlight and candles vs light from bulbs and flashlights). So many poetic nuances! "WE NEED PEACE!!!"

Dimash - Requiem: The Story of One Sky This is really long and I get that you want to blow through it, however, it's by far the best explanation I have found. It was written by Heiderose Kober: This is subtitled "Requiem” but it is also a vision and a call to action. Dimash is steeped in sacred music and has a deep understanding of the mystic teachings and symbolism of the major world religions as well as Kazakh shamanism. In the "vocalise" portion of this song there is, woven into the music, the Muslim call to prayer, the Jewish Shofar, the "om" of Buddhism and Hinduism, and the bells of the Christian church It is not by coincidence that the first performance of this work took place on September 14, 2022, at the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Kazakhstan. The written statement at the end of the video is directly from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad El-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting. Everything Dimash does is intentional, and this piece has layers that would take a dissertation to unravel. I only touch on some of what struck me in the symbolism. The music is a dissertation all by itself. The pendant is an interesting element. It is a gnomon from a maritime compass sundial. This triangular blade is attached to the sundial, casting a shadow on the sundial while the perforated pinhole projects the image of the sun onto the dial. It was used for both timekeeping and navigation, with the gnomon oriented to True North. (Thank you, Snarky Tart for that information). In the MV, (the taller child) who later becomes the military commander, never puts on the necklace. After Dimash, (the drowning boy), gives his friend the pendant. The camera focuses on his hand and shows that his friend has bent the gnomon in anger over being rejected by the girl (later Dimash's Wife and the mother of his daughter who is killed). Thus bent, it can never be oriented to True North, and he has lost his moral l compass. Later, we see a version of the gnomon as the military insignia on the uniforms of the commander and his soldiers, but distorted and without the hole that allows light to shine through rendering it useless as a compass. When we lose the original intent of a symbol by twisting it into something it is not or by just paying lip service, it no longer has any spiritual meaning. At best it becomes a useless prop, at worst it is used to mislead and manipulate people. Contemporary music is also present: With the phrase "We have passed the moment of Imagine," Dimash reminds us that we are past the sentiments evoked by the song "Imagine" by John Lennon. It is time to stop dreaming about a world of peace and harmony. If we choose life, if we wish for peace, if we want a world without war for our children and grandchildren, we must act and take up the long hard path up the mountain towards the light. It is the only way. The storyline is a very human one: we start as innocents until our hearts are broken, we fail, or our dreams are not realized. If in our pain and disappointment, we turn to anger and blame instead of acceptance, power instead of love, greed and envy instead of generosity, hatred instead of forgiveness, and revenge instead of justice, we sow the seeds for conflicts that can turn into war. The Piper's call is seductive as it promises redress for our grievances, control over our circumstances, and power over those who thwarted us, and this appeals to our wounded ego. However, let's remember that the Piper is a symbolic figure of Death from the Middle Ages, often used as a metaphor for trusting and following charismatic but dangerous and malevolent leaders to certain death. Even if we resist, as the adult Dimash character does, we often employ the same methods and weaponry as the Piper, and thus those who fight back betray peace as well because peace cannot be won through violence. That is the dilemma of those of us who did not start the war, who do not support the war, but are forced to respond in order to defend ourselves and those we love. How can we rid the world of evil without becoming what we fight against? The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany where I grew up. I have seen the aftermath of war as I was born a few years later when much of Germany was still in rubble. Waldenburg is only 28 miles from my hometown and was completely destroyed as you can see from the picture. Many of the dead in those bombed-out buildings were women and children. The good guys defeated evil but at what price? War is not the answer. We must find better ways to keep evil in check. iowaculture.gov/.../American-troops-move-through The last movement is powerful: The cries over the loss of a beloved child and the cries of giving birth to new life are presented as a call-and-response grounded by a powerful "Om" chant that creates a sacred space, reminding us that death and birth are both sacraments and are interwoven in the tapestry of life. Dimash's vocalization and the pilgrims representing world religions and religious leaders, past and present, walking together shift the narrative toward the final conflict and finally redemption. When Dimash’s character decides to avenge the murder of his daughter, his state of consciousness is reflected in the darkening sky with lightning bolts of anger accompanying the storm of his emotions that buffets the pilgrims and hinder progress. The fog of war obscures the light. When he is killed after exacting retribution, he is dropped back into the "sacred womb" of Earth, the ocean of love and mercy, and is cleansed of the old hatreds and grievances that only bring more death and suffering. He breaks the wheel of endless war and suffering by choosing life. Dimash's scream of “we’re choosing life” is that of giving birth: the old earthly consciousness of an eye for an eye has to die to make way for a new spiritual consciousness that embraces all life. Soul is breaking free to return to its natural state of love and purity as exemplified by the images of the children and the newborn baby. The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humankind when it turns from wrong to right: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and so mercy is aroused, and judgment is removed.” Reborn as a leader for peace and love, Dimash's character in the form of his son becomes a spiritual guide for all of mankind on our shared journey up the mountain towards the light of God, however we may interpret or name the divine. We are all on the same path, even if our personal narratives, cultural heritage, race, and spiritual orientations are very different from one another. By focusing on our common destination rather than on our differences, we can walk together in peace and love and mutual respect. Carl Jung wrote: “Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness's of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams: who looks inside, awakes.” This is what Dimash has done with this work; he has made the darkness conscious. We can only raise our individual and collective consciousness by bringing to light what needs to be healed in our lives and our world, and then we need to work together to restore wholeness to what is broken and bring about peace and unity, one step at a time. We don’t have to wait. We can start right now. As the hymn tells us: "Let there peace in the world, and let it begin with me." Baraka Bashad.

This song is a "modern" multicultural interfaith Requiem (the traditional Requiem is a song for the Mass of the Dead in the Catholic Church. The best known requiem is by Mozart I think). The Requiem usually has 2 parts: one mourning death and the other celebrating life. Dimash says in a low voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. (Kazakh proverb) So for me, the caravan is his (and our) inner world. Religiosity is in us, the religious man dies when a part of the soldier (Dimash) dies when he finds his daughter dead. So when he seeks revenge, there's a storm. Death follows death: Piper dies but the soldier (Dimash) dies too. Death is not the answer. And so violence is not the way (You can murder the "bad guy" but if everybody thinks that violence is an answer, another "bad guy" will appear for sure.) And then we see that his son made a better decision... His son joins others in seeking peace. That is the final answer. Hug from Brazil 😍🇧🇷

Film, epic, disconcerting and beautiful. Dimash is a philosopher and almost no one understood the message contained in this film. You need to be very attentive to the signals he transmits, it's not for nothing that he refers to Piper's. "The characters are tied to symbols that are passed from generation to generation, and through this symbol they are born, kill and die and others are born...always thinking that they will be different, but they are not." Symbols transcend human antiquity and understanding, which is why they are carried by the winds of endless ages so that humanity never realizes its courage and realizes that its life has meaning and follows the path of necessary and urgent evolution. Global leaders, owners of the world, use these symbols and the propaganda narrative to control people's minds, they will easily digest what is behind a symbol that has been perpetuated for generations. Some symbols serve to justify aggressions, invasions, wars, it is the way of robotically uniting them so that they cannot think for themselves. When "They realize" that someone has left the cave and can bring light to the multitudes, they create "imperfections in matter" to prevent the children of light, the dimensional ones, from doing the work of awakening that would generate the "Revolution". "Piper" in the song is a reference to the piper of Hamelin, who with his flute attracts and hypnotizes rats to follow him and die, "Piper" is an analogy to his childhood friend who became the leader of evil, who created a war destroying lives in search of a supposed "Union". In the end, Dimash, falling into the water, shouts "we choose life" it is a desperate cry: "There is no meaning and life in war, war is death". It is important and urgent that we leave the cave, the private bubble and realize that we are being controlled by a strange and lying narrative and start to see and observe what is outside, obtain other information and think and make decisions for ourselves. Or else we will be like sheep that meekly walk to the slaughterhouse. A free soul like Dimash unveils the veil that covers our eyes and courageously shows on his platform this subjection to which humanity is trapped. History repeats itself as we can see in these symbols shown by Dimash in his epic and glorious film. Hug from Brazil

I think Dimash’s genius is in leaving enough vagueness for everyone to interpret this work from various perspectives while embedding so many symbols and allusions. By the way, the final statement is a quote from the document on human fraternity signed in 2019 by Pope Francis and Sheikh Tayeb the Grand Imam of al-Azhar

The problem is that not only human "beings" live here. We are mere puppets of those who pull our strings. This is a place where anything is possible, the place where everything fits, the best and the worst. A place conceived just to experiment with physical life. Throughout history, there have ALWAYS been wars: fights between peoples. There is always one who gives and one who receives. It is in our own hands to learn how to try to live with our own decisions and situations, keeping in mind that this is only temporary. Real life begins when we die. But we are not here by chance. We decided to live on Earth, for some reason, and we must finish what we started. More importantly, we must remember WE are not from here, we are not what we see in a mirror. Our real ME is not visible to our eyes. All I have said means that everything will happen the same, with or without us.

There is no doubt that war is wrong. Provocation of war through acts of violence is also wrong. I’m always gutted by this incredible masterpiece and Dimash’s ability to bring people together. The editor did a great job with your video as well. There is a point that has been referenced often as well that “Piper” (the leader) was enamoured by the young girl and was watching her while saving the boy who would become Dimash. You should - on your own if you wish - watch one of the recordings of Dimash singing this live: I’d suggest the Almaty concert where it premiered. Peace from Canada.
