Hey, big Juice fan here. Long message so I hope you're patient :P, Juice never had a GF who overdosed, I'm not sure at all why this is in the music video. Juice had alot of mental health problem like depression and trauma and he had a lot of heartbreak throughout all his life. I'm 2 weeks late so I'm positive you know by now but Juice died december 8th of 2019 from an OD, he was supposed to go to rehab not very long after. Juice was a very smart and sweet guy and he finally had gone that extra step to get help but never got there. You should react to Righteous by him, it's been released posthumously (along with 2 other albums, he had and still has an insane amount of unreleased songs) and it became one of his most popular, it's a very good track that talks again about drugs and his 'demons' Personally I love Juice's music but the biggest connection with it for me is the relatability, I don't do any illicit substances, I actually strongly avise anyone I meet to not approach them but I can definitely relate to Juice's stress and anxiety. Juice was an incredible freestyler, considered by many to be the best, he wrote basically none of his songs, he also had an, ig you could call 'angel number' "999" which to him meant turning the negative (666) into positive (999) and using it to push yourself. He also was very self aware as I'm sure you saw, often talking about dying (young) and overdosing, he was very raw with his lyrics. Juice said somewhere that he made music not only because he loved it but to help people who were going through what he was. Sorry if this has been messy, I was taking notes along the video to talk about different stuff in this, sorry for the huge paragraphs <3 I really loved how quickly you understood him and you were very accurate, I subbed right after seeing that ahah, I hope to see more soon! Much love from Québec! 9994L

First off belief in God is not a crutch. Second when he says he wants to go home he means to heaven his real home, for this world is not our home. It’s not sad he is not suicidal he just wants to be with Jesus where there is true love and justice. I pray that you people in Europe wake up and come back to the truth.

Way late stumbling across this. Loved your reaction, and the thoughtfulness and empathy that went into it. Glad to see you continued on with the channel (I stumbled across Sick Boi reaction first). I deal with physical and mental issues myself, and have to agree so much with Ren. You can improve by learning to relax. It's bad enough when the subconscious criticizes you... but it becomes so much worse when you consciously choose to accept that and level those criticisms at yourself. Before I learned this, my issues would often drive me towards feelings of self-ending. The healthiest change I ever made in my thoughts towards these issues... is to simply be willing to accept "Well, looks like I wont be doing much of anything productive today... or this week.... or this month... or even this season... and that's ok." Learning to be gentle with myself, to accept that I have issues that I cannot always control, that sometimes I cannot be who I would like to be, who society would tell me I have to be... you'll never help yourself by adding your own criticisms over things you cant control on top of everything else you already deal with. So sew the grain when the sun shines, and relax by the fire when the snows fall... don't criticize yourself for being unable to farm in the snow. You'll just make yourself miserable. My psych often chuckles and calls me a Stoic... cause we'll have our talks, and often enough it'll be like "So how have you been since we last talked?" "Oh, pretty rough, been dealing with X X and X... so overall... I'm doing ok." :P

Don’t do Bees Knees or Big, until you’re 30 songs in. Those songs aren’t that good and it’s an opposite side than this. Not sure why someone would recommend a completely different side of Juice when you’re only discovering him now

@@the0peratoR yeah that’s what his unreleased catalog is for . I’m always skipping Bees Knees and Big and I’ve only listened to juice world and only Juice since 2018 , I don’t listen to his sad songs either . Only hype ones but yeah. Still skipping Big and Bees Knees each time. Easily heard 600 of his unreleased stuff so when you compare Big and Bees Knees to his other Hype stuff , yeah you gotta skip those . @@nichooper7 all his songs are like this and he has over 2000 they are all suicide notes he left behind little one liners in the songs of how hes just trying to find a way out but when he really wanted to stop drugs finally he couldn’t because he was doing over 20 Percocet and a pint of lean a day and knew his time was running short its just very depressing to know he never made it out when he was trying to help all of us out of the same place

OK, my take. The title is A Soul in Distress. I think it means he's stuck between being born into a child. He's a soul. When a baby struggles in birth, it's believed by some that there's a rift before taking full ownership ( sorry, I can't think of another word for it, atm). He picked the wrong number to be born, in this universal lottery. His feet have never touched the ground. I could be over thinking...
