I was genuinely surprised that Sherri helped make Harlem Heat 's wrestling gear a woman of many talents she's truly missed.

I remember a match Sherri had in 1996. The angle was Sherri was going to marry Colonel Parker, and Madusa jumped her from behind, Madusa and Sherri had an impromtu match, Sherri won by a roll up, but Madusa gave her a German suplex and knocked Sherri out. It was scary because Sherri didnt move for a while.

Sensational Sherri is one of my all time favorite wrestling personalities. She was awesome as both a wrestler and a manager. I became a fan of hers during her tenure in the AWA, only that I didn't know it then because I was busy booing her during that time. The heat that she got was incredible. Definitely right up there with Heenan as far as a manager taking bumps. I wish that she was still here with us. By the way, The Sensational Invitational has a nice ring to it. Thank you and fly easy, Queen. 🙏

Sensational Sherri is by far my favorite valet/manager of all time I think my favorite person she ever manage was Macho Man Randy Savage both of them were a match made in heaven in terms of manager and wrestler. She was just as crazy as he was and just as out there as he was in terms of character, she also did wonders for Shawn Michael‘s career literally everybody that she ever managed. She did her best to get them over not to mention she would put her body on the line for any man that she managed something that I don’t think really any other valet had ever done up into that point in terms of what she did, extremely sad her life ended That’s the problem with Darkside in the ring most of the stories and tragic death.

i wonder if the stigma with weed was different during this time if it would’ve changed a lot of wrestlers fates. i know i’ve heard from bret hart’s book and interviews that guys were really just drinking and smoking weed before the drug policy changed. it wouldn’t have alleviated all of the pain but i just wonder about that.

Piper goes "noooo, but I almost FELL IN" for some reason that shit cracked me up. That angle with Macho King at WM7, man when Liz reunites with Savage it makes me cry every time. Jim Cornette was fired from WWE in 2005 after slapping Santino Marella across the face at an OVW taping for no selling The Boogeyman. And when they got all the deserved pushback for the naming of the “Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal”, they just renamed it the “Women’s Battle Royal”, and the trophy looked like a vagina. Which figures, because they pussied out of making an actual decision.

Well their is a excuse and she found the excuse. Whether you agree with it or not. Her son still loves her regardless, til this day. Also, she didn't abandon him for a career. She wanted to have this career since she was 16. Before she had her son at 19-20 years old. They also did have a relationship. Theirs pictures of them together on the internet stemming from the 80's,90's,and 2000's. She wasnt there all the time but even her son said that she helped provide for him.
