@@Codex_0613 Ehm may I introduce you to concept of Raven Guard? Or even simpler, Scout Marines? Space marines can be insanely stealthy if they want to. Its just that most chapter do not want to. Also that power armor is not weighing them down at all. That would defeat the point of it being POWER armor. As for noise from that armor, with relation to what I wrote above, that nosie can be eliminated if they would want to. Its just that most chapters do not bother to do so.

It is entirely possible. I'm still not sure Creed and Ciaphas Cain won't make a sudden reappearence at some point. Both of them and Sly have done things that are a step away from "absolute game-breaking BS hax". It is quite likely that Emps hasn't been as asleep as some think; his cognition could have been working all this time to find the greatest examples of heroism from humans and then channel BS-tier Warp energies through them basically elevating them to the status of an Imperial Daemon Prince. However, as he's still mortal (mostly, anyway, Star Child is a whole other business), it takes him time and effort and, thus, can't turn everyone. But with so much belief and hope and prayer channeled into Emps (which is what I believe is causing him to become/split/birth/manifest/whatever Star Child Emps) from so many people over such a long time, he's finally able to manifest his own anti-Daemons. To be fair, the Adeptus Astartes or more specifically, the space marine chapters do not mostly consists of actual space marines. There are normal men and women who tend and/or take part in battle with space marines that join the space marine chapter and become a part of their chapter. Now, if he had said men and women who BECOME space marines(the actual super soldiers), then that's when you call your nearby Inquisitor.

There are men and woman who serve and fight with other space marines and those very same people holds the privilege of being called members of the space marine chapters.(being called a blood raven or a raven guard). An example of this is in Astartes episode 1. On board the space marine chapter's own vessel (not under command by the Inquisition), you can see normal people amongst the marines.

IIRC Emperor actually tried to create a butch of female Proto-Astartes, but they suffered 100% mortality rate during first stages of implantation, so His Goldness canned the notion and concentrated the effort on what worked. And it took 10000 years for Cawl to slightly upgrade the existing Astartes genecode, so creating almost entierly new species of supersoldiers is out of the questions (unless GWs pull some Mary Sue out of their collective ass). Out-of-Universe: Breaking the lore for couple of new models (or more specific couple of new heads, because Female SM will look excactly the same as Male SM in full armor... and out of armor too, now that I think about it) might turn off more customers than they get for pulling this agenda-stunt.

Warhammer is fantasy Warhammer 40000 is SYFY just to let you know the terminology since you are not in the game it started as a tabletop war game and has evolved into every type of game from board, tabletop, video, MMO. if you want to check out some of the props look into Games Workshop online to see what it is all about there are many different levels and stiles for your enjoyment. I have never played Warhammer 40k, I'm a MtG player. But my favorite memory at a game store was watching one 40k game. It was Sly Marbo versus 3 huge tanks AND a couple of heavily armored dudes. But Sly Marbo cut them all down like a hot knife through butter. One man versus 3 tanks and troopers. Most badass thing I've ever seen in a board game.
