I am totally confused . When Baz change's his guitar the playing keep's going . And , JJ is playing his bass . What's up with that ?

It’s called a looper effect, basically records a short passage of guitar then plays it repeatedly and allows you to play more notes over it at the same time.

I think Ed Sheeran uses one extensively.

@@fras1202 I believe the late Les Paul invented the looper effect. There are videos out there of him using one in performance.
