MC target got damaged enough to have the mc removed, but the damage was still in a gcd before he would turn to normal again. at this same time the mage canceld animation, moved forward and pressed cone of cold. ie intentionally trying todo more damage in a faster time

Don't risk your character, that you've spent over 100 hours on, by grouping with sketchy people. If there hadn't been a delay between the frost Nova and the Cone of Cold, he could have passed that off as an accident, but there was an almost 2 seconds where he hesitated before dealing the killing blow. It was a sort of "Should I do this or nah?" moment. He made his decision and killed the priest. It was an act of spite, and he knows it. He honestly deserves to be banned.

the thing is the way that boss works is you need to bring the person that gets MC-ed bellow 50 % hp and in a short while the boss would "leave" their body, so you can start dealing dmg to the boss again. So getting the priest to 50 % is fine, even 40 % is fine, since that is how it works; the issue is that he nuked the priest from 50 % with Ice nova for shatter. But what seals the deal is the CoC on 6 %

I'm an old fashioned vanilla player and it always irks me when everyone rolls need on a BOE. The greed button is there for a reason. The need button is if it's an upgrade that you're going to equip or a recipe for your profession. It's that simple. We have devolved (due mostly to selfish Streamer culture) into a "always need everything" culture that plainly makes the game worse. The round robin system for Righetous Orbs is an example of something that doesn't quite fit into the need/greed system and is an acceptable way to divvy up important crafting materials. The whole idea of getting loot and gaining power for your character in WoW is that you have run the dungeon and done the work in killing bosses in order to deserve to need on something that you would use. If there are 2 rogues and a Krol Blade drops, they should both need (if it's an upgrade) and everyone else greed. If everyone always needs on every BOE, it's one of the best ways to feed into the gold farming bots and gold buying scourge since everything becomes an Auction House/GDKP meta for getting loot. It's no longer about completing the content but instead about swiping a credit card.

There's a flexible barrier where the gold value is just too much to ask someone to pass on. How you somehow connect that to rmt I'll never figure out. Gold exists in the game by default and its a gold driven decision to make an item all need. Everyone needs more gold and winning a big item is a lot of time saved for the winner. Rmt only affects how much gold is in circulation.

With bop items, the vendor price and usefulness can be different values, since there is no market force. Since some idiot will roll need, all rolling need is just easier.
