I know this is a year old video at this point, and I have no idea if you check these comments anymore, but this reminds me so much of a feature in a marching show you might find absolutely delightful. So in 2014, Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps had a show themed around space. Part of this show included a feature where the low brass swapped to trumpets, it was very cool. That wasn't the coolest part, however. When the brassline was switching instruments, the drumline themselves played a feature. Not on their snares, tenors, and basses, no no. They played the feature on mufflers. Yeah, car mufflers. On those mufflers they played Shadow Behind the Iron Sun by Evelyn Glennie, which alone is a super cool, unique piece of music by an equally cool, unique musician (aptly she also played this song on mufflers). It was actually the most interesting percussion feature in a marching show I had ever seen in my entire life. The feature happens about 3 mintues 30 seconds into the show, the whole show is worth watching but this video just reminded me of it, if you haven't seen it or heard the original song then I highly recommend it, it feels very much like something you'd get a kick out of
