We need to hear these messages about our black men about our people on a regular basis because we forget how important we are to each other, meaning black men and black women.

I loved how the speaker used the analogy of slavery how slaves couldn't express and couldn't get help with mental distress that's how strong our ancestors were I feel like slavery and civil rights our mental stress is still inherited from our ancestors and that why reparations is still important mental health is important for the future of black people to be free to have the stress-free mentally and physically to not worry bout a thing

This is good. It's really that guys lack vulnerability. I see lots guys that have hyper masculinity, and they don't know how to express their emotions in a healthy way.
