I have the exact same bike and year and exhaust. I see your bracket from OES accessories has faded I had that happen to me too from them I reached out and sent them a picture and they replaced it. My bike made 116whp with flash and tune on 91 octane

The muffler box that he removed by adding that link pipe is not a cat delete. The catalytic converters on this bike are found at the end of the header. The bike has 2 small pancake cats. They can easily be drilled/punched out for more power. Makes the bike even louder.

A long time ago, my dyno guy took care of my buddy's Hayabusa. When asked what the final number was, the tuner said go ride it first. Guy comes back from a ride in absolute shock, says it feels like it gained 50 hp everywhere, wheelies all over, super smooth. The tuner gain 1/2 hp at peak! But the internet map he had before had almost NO map for low-mid rpm and part throttle, which is what the tuner fixed. The peak number is NOT the most important....the entire rpm map and part throttle is what you are using 99.9% of the time...even when racing. Moore Mafia is doing exactly this but on next level and far more advanced.

Correction the only 636 cc motorcyle for sale I its class not a 600 lol but really 115 is not too bad , but my brothers gsxr 600 l5 made 115 bhp with a Taylor made pipe so really that Kawasaki isn't that special lol

@@fivespeed3026 I know were in the uk and our fuel is difrent but its slowly going to e10 which kills power 😔 . It just had a pc5 and only the fueling was done on it nothing adjusted on the ecu so its has potential to make more power .

Key word is bhp....the 636 made 115 WHEEL HP...BHP is at the crank so in reality its only around 100 or so HP at the wheel.BHP is irrelevant. 600s typically have around 100 - 105hp. 636 110-117. Gsxr 750 125-135hp

The L5 always made 103-106hp at the wheel stock. You can get 130 wheel horse power out of an R6 if you give it the full treatment so im sure you can get 115 with a few mods quite easily. Point is these 636 dyno stock at 115 whp. And it is still a 600 class supersport. As is the F3 675 and the Daytona 675R.
