7:25 actually Aizawa’s quirk is working on Shigaraki’s quirks, not his body, because his body itself was heavily mutated to be similar to mutant type quirk users (heteromorphs like you said), that’s why it can naturally do all the limb morphing nonsense, his body can’t really be called human anymore And aizawa’s quirk doesn’t work on mutant type quirks (mentioned all the way back in season 1). It’s why he can’t turn off quirks like tsuyu (frog) or spinners (gecko), or nomu’s base strength.

Also at the higher levels of usage direct eye contact isn't needed. Ther is probably an effective range however. Also the Novel Basilisk is based on seems to be one of the first occurences of this trope in general. - Sha Naqba Imuru from Fate - Gilgamesh's mystic eyes. The funny thing is... there is still more to Yhwach's eyes than just omni-precognition. He's not only able to freely choose whichever future he wants, but he's also able to fully grasp powers, weapons, and other inatances within the futures he sees. Anything he 'sees' this way he can make himself virtually immune to. One that I think could very easily place somewhere in the middle of this list is Mukuro's Six paths of Reincarnation from Hitman Reborn. It's a single eye that lets the user swap between 6 powers. The first lets them manifest illusions and make them reality, second lets them steal the abilities of others, third lets them summon animals and control them, fourth gives them a massive boost to their physical abilities, fifth gives them a boost to everything they do with a time limit and sixth gives them ability to mind control people. Once Mukuro trained with them enough he was able to use all 6 powers at the same time. The illusions he makes with it are so perfect that he was able to telepathically communicate with a girl that lost most of her internal organs in a car accident and then just create new organs for her from across the world while being locked and bound in a prison cell.

Talking about the strongest eyes in Anime without 1 mention of the Mystic eyes of Death Perception is wild, or any mystic eyes from Fate/Nasuverse. The Mystic eyes of death Perception or otherwise known as Meodp are so extraordinarily versatile that there are still new ways to using them to this day. To explain them in short you get to see the world with them differently, every object, person and even concept has what is known as a death line. This death line marks that object or person's lifespan and if you trace it with your finger or knife it will die, instantly. This even works on immortal beings like gods, and even more abstract concepts like time or space. The drawbacks to using such eyes are of course in order to even get them you need to either have them transplanted to you replacing your current eyes or have a near death experience to a point you probably should have died but didn't. In the case of Ryougi shiki the most iconic user of these eyes from the Kara no Kyoukai movies she literally had to sacrifice one of her alternate personalities. The eyes also can cause madness in the people that use them as the world becomes so fragile to you that you will embody the phrase superman says "The world is made out of cardboard." You can get so terrified of destroying the world merely by interacting with it that you basically have to suppress some parts of the eye powers to keep yourself sane. Ryougi as an example naturally suppresses her ability to see the death lines in inanimate objects in order to keep herself grounded. These eyes realistically have no limits in their application, you can destroy ghosts, kill space to close distances, even countering other eye powers in the verse like killing distortion or alternate futures. The only known limitation is has is that the more complex the life form is the harder it is to even perceive their lines let alone end them. Some beings like Arcuied Brunidsand are so complex that even if you could use the eyes successfully on her she can regenerate from literal nothingness her body and soul.

Adam’s eyes not being on here is a absolute crime, anyway my personal list: 10. Shens eyes, shens eyes are more of a confusing concept as they switch your movements, so like if you wanted to walk forward you’d walk backwards, and to punch them with your right hand, you’d move your left, and in the end it’d be really confusing, not to mention it slows you down significantly and it’d also be a hard task to convince yourself to move backwards when you clearly want to move forward. 9. Vermillion eye, although vermillion eye makes you blind after just a couple minutes, the precision it give you is insane, it’s essentially a better 3 tome sharingan, it gives you insane precision and it makes all your physical stats get boosted too, so it’s a pretty short time of use but still insane. 8. Senregan, (idk the spelling and I may be wrong about its uses) what I’ve read about its uses are that it allows you to see everything that has every happend, so it’s pretty busted but it leaves you venerable, its not quick, and it doesn’t give you a good memory either, just lets you see them when you want. 7. Yoriichis see though world eyes, what yoriichis eyes do is give him ex-ray vision, and while this may not seem useful, another feature tanjiro stated the see though world had was making everything slower to the user, so basically you can see their vitals like a byakugan, their slow, and it has real life uses too. 6. Sharingan, it gives precise aim and allows you to copy anything, blah blah blah whatever. 5. Shikigami eyes, this of course is being paired with the death note, because otherwise it’d be unfair, anyway, what the shikigami eyes allow is for your to see anybody you look at’s name, and life span, so the only thing that leaves for your to need to be able to kill anybody is a face, and aside from the fact it splits your lifespan in half it’s still pretty busted when it comes down to ability’s, especially with the death note. 4. Rinnagan, the rinnagan is pretty broken beating honest, some things I feel like mentioning are all mighty push, and madara summoning mentors etc. 3. Unjustice, injustice belies to jewis from undead unluck and essentially what it does it change your sense of justice, so essentially just swap your ideology and everything you’ve worked for, eg if Sombody wanted to kill you, you could switch their sense of justice and they’d likely suicide, even better, if Sombody is greedy and wants a lot of money, switch their sense and now their a money donator. 2. Adam’s eyes, this is prolly rlly debatable to most ppl but hear me out, what Adam’s eyes do is allow him to copy absolutely anything, even if it’s not physically possible, meaning if he could turn into a nuke, he could turn into the moon, he could literally turn his arm into a rifle if he wanted to, and it may not be as broke irl, but in his verse he could get ability’s that could destroy planets. Keep in mind the second place eye on his list is a planet level eye, Adam’s is at minimum solar system to small galaxy. 1. All mighty, like he said in the vid it’s rlly op, seeing AND choosing futures is broken.

Mmm the thing about “the rinnegan is just an evolution/extension of the sharingan” doesnt come form the Hagoromo filler. It comes from the original manga. Where we see Madara, who was an Uchiha with an EMS, awaken the Rinnegan after imbuing Hashirama’s cells on his body. He explains to Obito that his Rinnegan awakened in his old age thanks to Hashirama’s cells which he implanted on his wounds (chapter 606). It is implied that by having both Uchiha and Senju powers you can evolve your sharingan to a Rinnegan. Also in the cannon manga Edo Tensei Madara progresses from base sharingan to EMS and then to his Rinnegan and can use all his EMS abilities while using the Rinnegan. I think this kind of makes it seems like the Rinnegan is the ultimate form of the Sharingan, more than a completely separate dojustu like the Byakugan is.

15:20, I think you're forgetting that it only work once on a person, so you only get one occasion to give a command to a person. I do think that there is a workaround that, if you want to give a person under geass's influence, multiple commands; you probably have to make the initial command broad as possible like "follow my every order" or something.

My favorite is the base Rinnegan. I wish we could see it at it’s full potential. We saw a glimpse of it from edo Nagato after he absorbed chakra from Naruto and KB. Dude was a menace and the only reason two of the strongest jinchuriki at the time won that fight was because Itachi was there lol. Imagine someone in the modern day in Boruto with a base Rinnegan and a solid arsenal outside of the Rinnegan. If you were halfway decent at taijutsu you could absorb chakra with every punch you connect with. Slowly getting stronger throughout the fight whilst making your opponent weaker. That’s just one application. Imagine someone with the base rinnegan using Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu. Create 6 clones and you got the 6 paths of pain lol. Would be such a cool character. Or imagine someone with the base rinnegan but also had the 100 healings/Byakugo Seal(doubt i spelled that right). You could store more than enough chakra over time to power the rinnegan in battle. Ideally you’d be able to turn it on and off lol.

I guess it would have to be taken in context and combined with his other skills(Decomposition and Regrowth), but Tatsuya’s Elemental Sight from Irregular at Magic High School would be an honorable mention IMO. Everyone you might think that The almighty’s only ability is omni-precognition and choosing timelines but there are 2 more abilities of the almighty that makes it even more broken and those are- 1. Beside of choosing an individual future Yhwach can directly interfere with the future and warp it. As he did with ichigo’s. Bankai and he himself changed the future when he died and revived himself. In simple words he doesn’t switch futures here, he inserts himself in the future and re-writes as he wishes 2. The power Yhwach sees with his eyes can’t be used to kill him anymore. In simple terms if Yhwach foresees a power then that power can’t be used to kill him anymore

There's one eye power that's super overpowered in it's anime, the Alpha Stigma from Legend of the Legendary Heroes (yes, this is the name), it can analise, nullify all other magic and even destroy everything in a certain radius to an atomic level, kinda like a nuke, its amazing. The drawback is usually the user goes insane with so much information and power, and usually dies from recoil damage, or a sneak attack after they nuke the battlefield.

Not enough anime fans know about the anime called Basilisk! In it, one of the 2 central main characters named Gennosuke Kōga, has an incredibly powerful eye dojutsu that reverses anyone's killing intent back onto them. From what I recall, it was 100% effective against any opponent that dared to cross blades with him. If you haven't watched or read it, give Basilisk a shot.

Also, I would like to say that Hidari possibly just used the chidori with tunnel vision. The sharingan makes you able to use the chidori effectively, but the chidori can technically be performed without the sharingan. While I think it's very believable that the rinnegan can also counteract the tunnel vision of the chidori, it doesn't need to for that moment to exist. Hidari kinda knows Sasuke's move kit, but doesn't particularly know how they work. After all, Hidari in a way is a literal newborn that got a some form of conscious installed into him.

If I had to throw an eye up there, I'd go for the Tear Stigma from Legend of the Legendary Heroes. It let's you borderline analyze anything in existence, copy literally any form of magic you see, shoots lasers from them capable of wiping out hundreds of thousands of people at light speed and can completely erase things from existence once they're analyzed.
