Underrated part about Videl is that you can hit confirm her kiblasts into Videl Kick or her ult if you have it from STUPID far away. The amount of times I have hit an opponent with 3 ki blasts like 5 miles away and converted it into ult for like 15k damage is nuts. She is a great point character in dp battles.

ironically the only one not here is the best for its DP cost. Spopovich is only 2 DP for 3 health bars, he has 2 very low blast bar moves that are great buffs, you can basically keep a servent's latent power up (it costs 1 skill poin), which is a nerf to ki charge speed for a big buff to your physical and ki damage, and buffs armor, berserker increases that even more for just 2 skill points, and he even has an unblockable rush move that does very solid damage and pretty much no one will know is unblockable since no one would ever even think to play spopovich. hes easily one of the best filler characters.

So wrong about Hercule. His Skill 2 Buff gives you a crazy Charge Boost which is super necessary to try to keep 100% uptime on your sparking so you can actually play as him. Focusing on Sparking with Present and Ult is the key IMO. I've switched in Hercule to win rank fights for the lols but to let my team heal but ended up winning against a cocky Caluifua with 3 health bars in the last 60 second count. Allow people's ego to be their hubris and focus on the Hercule gameplan. Globku probably could of won way faster playing this way instead of ignoring his buff when he has the excess Skill Guage

Krillins scatter energy wave is pretty strong if your opponent doesn't know what they are doing. If they block, they get hit. If they come at you, they get hit. So yeah, probly the most cheesy earthling move

I admit krillin aint the best and his ult kinda sucks, but his second beam is amazing because it has tracking and trust me that you try to block it but you still get hit no matter what. I know you can dodge it but that rarely happens. Thats why me (krillin main) use this to my advantage. Many players will dragons rush after they are sent flying and shake it off. So what i do is instantly use the beam. When they dragon rush behind me and they didnt break krillins stance fast enough, they are screwed. No matter if they hit me or try to block, they will still get hit and take at least 2,5 k damage. It might be small but that fine by me, since i can charge ki afterwards. Im not saying krillin is amazing because of this, but he is still good with all his tools. At least a low A tier in my eyes. (Tho i do want his ult to be buffed so it would stagger you opponent).

Globku can you make a video on the offline tournaments because there literally broken. The game will ALWAYS choose the weaker character to advance no matter what without fail. If Mr.Satan is in the tournament there’s a 100% chance he’ll make it to the finals whereas ssj4 gogeta,jiren,whisper ETC will never make it past round 1 (unless they fight each other).

What makes Buff Rossi good is that he has more health than regular Roshi. So you start off with him until you lose health and then you untransform and use his unblockable skills when his health is low

Master Roshi should objectively alwàys be starting off in his buff mode. Both modes cost 2 DP, but buff Roshi starts with an extra health bar. You can detransform if you want the better skills.

I think canonically Tien was always the strongest human. He's actually beaten Goku before back in Dragon Ball, and in Z he could even stall Semi-Perfect Cell with his attacks. Krillin could really only run.

normal roshi at A tier. Not only for the after image strike but for the lighting surprise attack as well. You can easily spam it, hit them oonce and you easily build 2 meters by charging, also considering how fast he charges his skill count and ki he is pretty much an evasive type of character. Really annoying to fight in dp battles but over all a weak character if you don't have to worry about timeouts

Canonically Krillin is definitely strongest, but some argue it's Tien. Really, it's a toss up between him and tien. Some people say Tien because in the anime he gets king kai training and is able to easily defeat ginyu force members, but in the manga that didn't happen. I think Toriyama also confirmed some years ago Krillin is the strongest human too anyways.
