Its Frieza voice in the subs because Vaccine Man is a reference to an enemy in Apanman that the VA for Frieza also voice. Western thought it was piccolo because of how Murata drew him.

He doesn’t even say anything when he just straight up doesn’t post for like over a week and now it seems like he just has like 4 episodes a week or so that he uploads when he wants. Just saying that simply addressing the issue would make it a lot less frustrating.
