Any ball python can be born with bulgy eyes. Also can be born with small eyes. There can also be the duck. Nose can be more common in other morphs

Bamboo another one. You can also mix any of the ones in between and get a Lucy. There's also fire and creed and more make blue eyed Lucy's

There are at least 10 different ball pythons that can create blue eyed blue Lucy's And a few. That can make the black eye.Or red eyed Lucy's
