When David is not running an advertising and marketing company, his hobby is The Bond Experience which is primarily a video blog where he discusses Bond experiences and the people and brands that help to create those experiences...
The mantra of living like Bond, one moment at a time emanates from a concept of experiencing the joy of collecting small moments in life that add up to amazing journeys and stories....whether it's through style, locations, literature, fitness, and the movies themselves the world of Bond is explored through its people and their stories.
Ultimately though, The Bond Experience channel is a celebration of the James Bond franchise and the many people that form a true community. Our core mission is to create a strong connection in the Bond community amongst all the fans, regardless of interest or demographic.

You don't understand how counterintuitively inspirational videos like this are. If Zaritsky can fall off the wagon and needs to give himself a boot up the arse, it means it's not so bad if the rest of us do, too. Your authenticity and honesty is refreshing!

David, I'm 23 years old, 6'3, and 270lbs. Your videos really make me want to start working out and moreso watching what I eat. Thank you for this video! It's the encouragement I needed in this weight loss journey. God bless you!

Speaking of food and Bond, I went into McDonald’s one day earlier this year for a coffee. I placed my order via the touchscreen panel and paid by card. My customer number printed on the receipt was 007. When the member of staff called my number he announced it as “number seven” and I told him I was disappointed he hadn’t announced it as “double O seven”. He paused, smiled and said “Enjoy your coffee mister Bond”!

I needed this video. Just had to stop Simon Waterson's 10-week challenge at week seven due to injuries. No working out for about six weeks now, going to start the whole thing again. Not feeling great about it, but there's always the next mission.

Thanks for tips! Two tips from someone who had become overweight. First thing that helped me was a smart weight that sends data to an app. Seeing the curve showing the weight inspired me to hold back on food input. It took me some way but is not enough. I got a training bike and I set my goal for calories. Realizing how much I must struggle to burn the amount of calories that it only takes a few minutes to swallow is also very inspiring. I agree that feeling better, is the main goal but this helps me to get there.

Great video, David! I think you do a good job of staying in shape year-round you appear that way online. You have been a huge help in my most recent journey to shed some pounds and gain some muscle and get into my best bond shape. I’d say I started off, as retired Roger Moore, quickly made my way into never say never again Connery and I think I am about in die another Day Brosnan shape now lol I am about 10 pounds away from my final weight but I am less concerned with that and more concerned with my overall appearance, and the way that I physically feel. And thank you for the continued motivation and entertainment and I hope that you have a blast in London! I will continue to be living vicariously through you! All the best.

I have M.E or chronic fatigue, but I have some useful tips. I have had a reduced sugar diet for a long time and my weight has stayed at 155-160 pounds. I use pea protein as my go to. I use an ab roller, and I use resistance bands as they work for me, without causing damage. I can also recommend Simon Watterson's book as I use a lot of the stretching movement techniques .

Thanks for the “real”. That’s the most motivating thing of all. Moderation, as you say, is the key. I used to refuse or shy away from desserts or the really yummy “bad” foods. However, especially here in the South, refusing to eat a piece of pie or a cake someone has made for a gathering is rude and could cause hurt feelings. You were right on target…eat just a small portion. Routinely in restaurants, I will cut portion sizes and take the rest home for another meal when possible. Keep up the great work and thanks for the motivation…it’s contagious!

7 years ago I weighed 165 pounds. Fast forward to today, and I'm 230. I'm 37 years old. I was looking back at Daniel Craig's physique in Casino Royale, and was shocked to see that he was 38 years old! I'll be 38 in January. So, it's time for me to take action and get to a healthy weight. I'm only 5'7", so 230 isn't a very good look for me at this height. And trust me, it's not all lean muscle. The journey to a healthy physique starts right now.

I know how you feel, just under a year ago i had a niggle, a trapped nerve in my back and I couldn't exercise at my regular pace for the best part of 3 months, a month of which with zero exercise and in that time I went from 177 pounds to 198 pounds. After a period of self loathing and feeling sorry for myself I got back to the routine. I'm not there yet, i'm about 181 - 182 pounds i'm happy with the result but i'm not there yet, videos like this really do inspire me to push on (as healthily and safely as possible) and reach my goal, where I feel good

This is always some of your best work David! You've inspired so many to live better lives, (me to dress better) I was a personal trainer while I transitioned from my film career to my martial arts career and I can say that everything you taught here is spot on! Now it might not fit everyone and people have figure out what parts of these principles and techniques work for them but from a general point of view it's a great base to start from. I know you've heard this before from me but for the benefit of others, to make a lasting change, you need to change your lifestyle, not just diet and exercise. A great nutritional starting point I used to give my clients was my 4 food rules. Rule 1. If a food has a commercial, don't eat it! 2. If a food had more than 5 ingredients and you did not make it yourself, don't eat it! 3. If a food has ingredients that you can't pronounce, don't eat it! 4. If a food has a number in the ingredients, really don't eat it! Stick to whole foods, fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats and you will do well. Most of planet earth eats this way with far fewer health problems and obesity than we have here in the US. Only in America eating fresh fruits, vegetables and pure meats is considered eating healthy. The rest of the world just calls it food.

I have issues with this because everything in the US has a comercal and some group lobbying for it in congress so that deit is factually impossible in the US... and over seas in the UK you can eat as much "Junk" food as you can because they legally can't have comercals.... Anyway the healthly diet would litterly have killed me long ago... In fact I had to get off all carbs and go to sticking sugar and fresh meat or I would get type 2 dibetes... So if I lived in fance I would have been diabetic years ago and staved/loss of iron to death from lack of red meat and sugar. So yeah my diet is beef, chicken/turkey, ice cream, yogut, Chocklate, Doritios/nachos, full milk, orange juice, lionade, sweat tea, sports drinks/soda... Like the diet most non nutristists think is healthy would kill me so no.

Oh this is the guilt video I dread. Not you, me! I've definitely gotten off the wagon. I'm 52, 6'2". I'm at 207. I carry it in my face and front and back belly areas, just like you. I was down to 194, feeling pretty good and clothes fit much better. I never seem to get below the 190 mark, no matter what. But my blood pressure is also tied to my weight. 5 pounds can make a difference. But I'm about 15 from where I need to be. It's been a rough year, so I fell off. But I need to get on my "nutrition" regiment again, exercise regularly, and cut out the carbs and ice cream. Maybe a start and finish video for myself would help keep me focused. Thanks for the motivation today!!!

It's a process but imo slow and steady win the race especially as one gets older. You have to nudge and coax gains over a long period of time. Rest between is critical. Diet might be the biggest single factor.

thanks for this video! I hurt my back (like 05Rudey below) and my weight crept up a bit more to just over 200. I had been at 255, dropped to 190, and am now trying to get back to 200 as a good weight and feeling for my body. the workouts are hard with recovering from the injury, and with work travel back, but this video helped me make better choices today and I will keep going!

Bond too, also struggled with his fitness regime. Probably why he took up womanizing and included it into his own daily workout. I mean with all the smoking, vodka Martini drinking, fine dining cuisine eating. He needed an aerobic exercise to keep fit. Also as it seems. It became vital to and for the success of his missions.

Not sure if i missed something (or an episode)but I'm curious as to why there seems to be zero conversation surrounding the most recent Roger Moore memorabilia auction? Given that there were outfits, posters and watches that went under the hammer. I would have thought this would have been the biggest Bond news in a long time?
