7:57 gave me flashbacks to skirts I had forgotten I owned! Because I got a lot of hand-me-downs and didn’t keep up with trends, I was wearing skirts like this well into 2011. I’m just now realizing that this movie and others like it are the exact vibe I’m recreating in my interior spaces as an adult. This movie explains literally everything about how no matter what the chosen aesthetic is, I chase it so hard I almost slam it into the ground.

This was one of my favorite Disney channel movies as a kid because I couldn’t get enough of the clothes!!! And the song was such a tune.

Yes! I watch this as a kid. The theme was indeed a bop. I also remember being confused by the "message" of the story. I was use to movie with this theme being about helping the poor or don't care about consumerism. But instead this movie came off like "Hey...do you guys know that poor people...exist????"

_Get a Clue_ is easily the best-dressed DCOM. You should review _Just My Luck_ next. Then maybe even _Georgia Rules_ and _Labor Pains_ which was Lindsay's last romcom of the 2000s.

These outfits remind me of winx club in their bright coloring and stuff but less cohesive- which is good for this movie! Winx was a cartoon making a visual style so their outfits were always going to be more similar, but this movies like commitment to the fashion era and the differences between characters and the way they styled the world as well is so cool to me I love it so muchhh
