I went to a Mica seminar a month before ADCC 2022 and got to roll with Hulk, Baby shark and Mica forever a grateful memory.

This is why i gave up on competing, you got these killers that have been training since they were 5 and are still "blue belts" go into matches with hobiest thats been training for 2-4 years.. doesnt make sense, these guys are high level athletes

@motazsouid249 there are LEAGUES to this, just like any other sport, premiership footballers don’t go and play in low level games, just as if you’re an average bjj competitor you don’t go and compete with world class guys

SANDBAGGING: It’s a joke - blue belts for years, even after winning multiple major titles. Great athletes, but come on, promote these guys🤷♂️

Please produce the evidence. Who has won what major tournaments and when and has yet to be promoted? I’ll wait. And also, are you qualified to fully assess the overall skills of a Jiu Jitsu athlete to determine whether or not they should be promoted? Probably not. 🤫🤫🤫

I've been a bluebelt for 10 years, I think he is qualified. 😂

I’ve heard that happens but also a culture thing too. My professors regularly train in Brazil and they tell me out there it’s normal to be a blue belt for 3-5 years.
