I study a lot about stoicism bur also other philosophies too. I hope Ryan Holiday someday will discussed different kinds of philosophies and mastered it not just stoicism. There's a lot of fish on the sea. They have different flavors depend on who eat them but it's worth to taste them all as much as you can.

*The Pursuit of wonder* deals with pessimistic philosophies: nihilism, Existentialism, and absurdism while *Einzelgänger* deals with optimistic side of philosophy. I recommend you these two chanels.

There's actually a lot of eastern philosophy in Mark's book, not stoicism...but then again, that's where stoicism got it's philosophies from.

The idea of "Do what's in your control and leave what is not in your control" was already given by Shri Krishna in Baghvad geeta thousands of years ago and this same idea is being revolved in thousands of books today but the language is changed, I don't hate stoicism but i meant to say that they repeated the idea nicely
