This is late as hell but for some unknowable reason I am compelled to reply to long dead comments. The last three entries (Torque's Family, Torque and The Creature) are given to you based on the ending you get. As I recall the good ending gives you the Torque's Family entry, the neutral ending gives you the Torque entry and the evil ending gives you The Creature entry.

The worst kind. Carnate Island has place where the worst actions and crimes against humanity have been perpetrated since before America was even a country. This "pageant of death", the murder and mayhem was going on since the days of the English Puritan colonies. It feels like the focal point of a living hell on Earth, brought to life by all the horrible shit that humans can and will do to each other.

SKEWLASD21321 You have to get the neutral ending. If you kill a couple of people, save all the others, and beat the game, you will unlock the archive.
