Very interesting video about the Sultanate of Women. It's fascinating to learn about the powerful women who played such a significant role in Ottoman history. I especially enjoyed learning about Hürrem Sultan, Kösem Sultan, and Turhan Hatice Sultan. They were truly remarkable women who defied gender norms and achieved great things.
