I can't believe no one else has commented! This is one of the best interviews I've ever watched. The questions were so in-depth that you could tell the interviewer knew these characters and knew what she was talking about. She targeted all the key points in the character's development as well as the development of the show and didn't ask repetitive questions that often happen when casts do press junkets. I love how the cast answered too. I also loved how it was like a zoom call so the cast could hear each other's answers and interact instead of just one-on-one or two-on-two. My only wish is that Sean got more questions but I am glad he got one and the distribution of questions to the different actors was good

These questions were really detaileddd oh my!!! The interviewer really did her homework and you can tell she knew a lot about the characters and their backstories etc. I have to give props to the cast for taking their time to answer all her questions. They really provided more insight into the characters and the creative process behind creating the scenes and the show ❤️ I’m so excited to see what’s next to come in S2 :)

The best job Jenny did was to make Sean a bigger part of the story. Plus: I love how she updated the story. To make it a based on the books show. As someone who is reading the books just now, after watching the series, I can tell you, the series is way better. Conrad is such an ahole in the books whereas I can better relate to him in the series. Im really very much excited about the next season. What Jenny will keep from the books and she will update.

Same. I read book 2 and 3 after watching the show. They were ok because you also got Conrad’s and Jeremiahs perspective. I then read book 1 out of curiosity and did not like it at all. The characters are so one-dimensional and none of them are likable in the book (except for maybe Laurel). Belly - the book was written from her perspective - was horrible. I did not sympathize with her at all (spoilt, childish, “pick me girl” who hates on any other female character). I was also really wondering why the four of them hung out in the first book because they were all just constantly mean to each other or insulting one another. Even the flashbacks of Conrad: he was never nice to her. Either ignored her or was mean. In the series you understand more why she liked him because he used to be different and sweet to her.
