How would you use these recipes to make BBQ tofu? Would you marinate the tofu in the sauce then cook? Or would you bake/air-fry the tofu first then add bbq sauce? Thx!

omg endless options. spread on buns for (vegan) burgers/hot dogs , dip fries or onion rings or even quesadillas, use as a pizza sauce, pulled "chicken" (jackfruit is a good option for this), meatballs, etc etc etc

I used to keep up with you and your talented huz all the time but have a multitude of health/digestion issues and started back on meat in January after 7 year vegetarian-never all vegan. Sadly I must say, with chronic anemia and minus 2’ nutrient absorbing small intestine- I feel much better. The meat substitutes were doing awful things for me.
