That high pull is shoulder impingement city, with those elbows winged out like that. If you're going to ruin the move with a high pull, at least keep elbows below the bar. Just another demonstration of crossfit crappy form.

Maby a barbell shrug instead of the high pull might be a little bit safer maby🏋️
