@@christopherparis6841 that isn't the same sub at all. It's a different sub. I found the MA1515D2 from them on Amazon for $132. It's an 800w RMS budget sub, not a 1500w RMS Sundown. Do you have the model # of the WLLDSE subwoofer? Did I find the one you're referencing?

​@kiondremarshall700 I have the version 1.5. You would probably be ok with the version 2 also. You have to be careful. I've almost smoked mine a couple times but I was playing it loud for a good hour on my way to work but just adjust the knob and you will will be golden 😉

@@kiondremarshall700 I think you should be careful regardless. If you go full send just make sure its clean power and follow the signs for over heating. I know those subs are rated 1750 rms. With impedance rise I'm not sure what the sub is seeing so just be careful. Every application is different

@@kiondremarshall700 also. I'm running the u18 at 1ohm, which is not recommended on the strapped JPs. Basically the amps are seeing 0.5 ohms each. So I know I am getting plenty of power as the impedance rises. I current have my kicker solox12 at 2ohm on the strapped amps and it gets down. I have smelled it yet so I guess it getting less power due to it being wired at 2ohm

salt4, the salt4 dynos around 6000w at 1ohm, so that will be plenty for them, would be almost 1kw over the rated power per sub :)

i got 2 u 12 v1s in a 4runner hitting a 150... with a bandwidth from 26hz to 80hz... between the subs and amp, i paid less than $900 w big jeff, and built my box to sundown specs for about 60 bucks with finish. got the box and subs 4sale on fbmp, cuz going with u v1 15s.. figure i can gain a couple db with increaed cone, box and port area, without increasing power.. mbe got you boys sounding like 🤡🤡🤡

I am not impressed with the new sundown uv2 sound quality and build quality is poor all this sub does is make alot of bass without good quality sound and very bad built quality so if spl is your goal yes but if you want a good sounding sub stay far
