I love listening to Dawson Church talk about EFT!! It is so inspiring, uplifting and hopeful for the future. I will envision a time when EFT is widely used across the world.

Thank you🙏 It might be appropriate (and fair🙂) to interview Gary Craig, the founder of the eft method who generously gave it to the world for free. And maybe also the wife of Dr. George Callahan- the psychologist who invented the tft method from which the eft method was derived.

I was diagnosed with complex ptsd and avoidant perosnality and EFT (in addition to EMDR) has played a huge part of my healing journey, feeling blessed to find out about them (Been on medications, cbt, and dbt....all helped a bit but not that much, but emdr and eft were the game changers for me)

I'm so glad you brought up Qigong as the beginning of tapping! As an herbalist/natural healer I started Qigong and the healing from all the components including tapping in the exercises has been accelerated and amazing! You see the parts of it in other places but all together is so balancing I don't like days I miss it for some reason.

I believe that lateral eye movements also affect the vagus nerve, which affects neck tension. The resting tongue phenomenon is fascinating.

Thank you for this!! Dr. Alan Mandell, at "motivationaldoc" shows in a video tapping these points as a way to relax the nervous system. He doesn't explain the emotional side of it, but it's cool because now I knpw!! I hope this can help me with my trauma around banging, which my inconsiderate neighbor is always triggering by letting her kid run and jump in the cheap apt next to mine.
