Great video Joanne!!! Excellent Guest. However, you do NOT want a gift in a Will, you want the gift to be put in a trust this will help the gift to avoid probate court (please see Charitable Remainder trust)

@@CauseSpecialist As a side note, they also have Charitable Remainder Trust in Canada which is the best vehicle for gifting long-term family wealth.

@@CauseSpecialist The trust acts as a future contract between the donor and charitable organization. It also works better than a Donor Advised Fund 😜 or DAF

@@waynecmontgomery I wish I had set our family foundation up better. It is through a community fund, and I don't have a lot of control over it. Lesson learned 😞
