Monetization is on as of now! Ad revenue on this video will be donated to Fawn’s family to keep up their billboards! Please check out the following ways to help their family get justice: Sign Fawn’s Petition! bit.ly/3ALoL8N FB Pages: bit.ly/3ySr2id bit.ly/3g7uTAG Twitter: bit.ly/3CSHzVH GoFundMe: bit.ly/3yTbR8m Contact Pennsylvania State Police at (814) 696-6100 with any information. Regarding the KZbinr making content about Fawn using a device to contact her spirit: I wasn’t going to put her link but she still refuses to take it down and she actually posted a TikTok today saying she’s planning to do more. This is incredibly disrespectful and so hurtful to their family. Please report this video or ask her to stop. They have already asked several times… httpsq://kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHvafqVsbZ5nodk Tiktok from TODAY saying she’s planning to make more: www.tiktok.com/@nebulasdiary/video/6997788474719997190

Pretty sure not reporting her missing in the first place could be a willful negligence charge on its own. Plus with Heather's track record, they could 100% get her on assault charges too. Even if we can't prove Heather killed Fawn, we can prove Heather has abused and assaulted multiple people. Her days of freedom are numbered. She'll get put away for something eventually - especially with all this attention on her.

It's hard because victims of abuse don't know what to do. Fawn had to call the police (once she got a phone) for a police escort, get her ashes when the police were there and get taken to a domestic violence shelter to file a restraining order with their help. It's so hard to know these things, though, if you haven't had to do it before. She also could have done this at any hospital visit. To say, I need you to call the police and I need an escort to my home to get my daughter's ashes. And it's easier said than done and freaking scary. I had to escape to a shelter and I made a lot of mistakes along the way. And you are right, sometimes you can't escape. I hate that people like Heather exist in our world.

that’s how my relationship is.. it starts with the victim believing the lie of a relationship, love bombing, and eventually the abuser just gives up on keeping up the facade bc the victims is nothing but supply for them so they do the worst like how heather locked her in the car. fawn wanted to leave but heather made it impossible and never would’ve let her leave alive bc she was gonna be the only one to use her.

Why does this sound as though Heather's family has connection in the system? A restraining order was granted against Fawn's mother without any evidence of threat to Fawn's life then Fawn goes missing and is casually swept under the rug! God grant her family the strength to continue to fight for justice.
@elizabethyoung1792
@elizabethyoung1792 3 жыл бұрын
In Pennsylvania, when a request for a restraining order and or a PFA is filed, it’s granted almost immediately regardless of whether or not there’s evidence of abuse. This is done as a precaution in case the person who requested the order is in danger. As for the Diberts having a connection to law enforcement, that I can’t say for sure. However, the family’s lived in the area for generations and they’re fairly prevalent, so for those reasons, they have some clout.

I thought that sounded very, verystrange. Now, i don't live in USA so there are probably some difference in rules, but I would presume that the person concerned, i.e. the person for whose benefit it was issued, surely must be heard. Especially if the person to be protected have gone to the home of the one the restrain is directed against? If they just charge the mom that is a system that so easily could be abused and then, as consequence, not respected.

This is why inter-communication between organisations like the police and hospitals and social care workers etc is SO IMPORTANT in protecting victims of abuse. If the hospital who could clearly see multiple signs of abuse had contacted the police to report their concerns instead of just “asking too many questions”, we may have seen a different outcome than this (especially in terms of the welfare checks etc, like they definitely would have known something was up and might have been able to protect Fawn) x

Bernie looks just the opposite of my Ebby. He was a black dog but looked just like Bernie. He panted all the time too for no apparent reason. He loved to lay on top of my love seat just like Bernie does the chair. I still remember the first time the chair moved. I hadn't realized there was a dog there as he blends in so well. I love when he looks up as if he is bored but then gets comfortable and just goes back to sleep. So much like my sweet Ebby used to do. I lost him to an aggressive form of cancer 6 years ago and I miss him terribly. I enjoy watching Bernie as he reminds me so much of Ebby. I love the fact that you usually have at least one of your animals in your videos. I only had the one dog but I had 6 cats. I love listening to your videos and always pray for closure for the families involved. I pray the same for this young girl. It's sad how life can treat the young and carryover onto adulthood. Please people, learn to treasure your family and don't wait until something happens to them to realize what you have lost. I've had 2 brothers and 1 sister pass away. I know what happened to them. It must be awful to have a family member disappear and not know where they are or what happened. Sending prayers for justice for Fawn.

It should be 100% noted, by the way, that how the Pennsylvania State Police and local police acted in this case (the general lack of care and negligence) is normal and common here. If you're the victim of domestic violence or s/a in Pennsylvania, the police aren't interested in helping you.
