I'm just starting to watch this, but I agree with the title. Absolutely mind-blowing experience. From the insane battery life to the smooth and precise (with a couple of caveats) navigation. I've got the regular version (not titanium). I was afraid that it would be too heavy and would be annoying to wear, but I simply don't feel it on my hand at all.

Good review - this is my favourite watch also. I think it’s excellent and so underrated. Wish more people would know how great it is.

@@ChadLubinski I really consider buying it. However reviews indicate a bad heart rate sensor. Did this improve over the past year?
@ChadLubinski2 ай бұрын
@ unfortunately no watch brand has an accurate wrist HR sensor. You have to use an external heart rate chest strap placed over your actual heart for the most accuracy
@sbuz83862 ай бұрын
@@balex7677 I was worried about that too but compared to an AWU2 worn on the other wrist and a Whoop worn as an arm band, I didn't notice any significant difference when walking, hiking and jogging. I can't speak to more extreme sports. Overnight HRV seems to be accurate too.

Rocked this watch for a year. Where I live I’ve never had it charge, but the discharge is very slow indeed. I go nearly a month in summer, and around 2.5 weeks in winter. I do one activity a day for an hour, running, biking, gym, swimming etc. GPS is pretty good and maps, especially route planning is fantastic. I don’t have notifications on. Weather alerts seem fairly accurate also and HR in my case is fairly good and sleep tracking seems more or less on point. However blood ox is crap. It’s just plain bad. But over all I’ve found it a great watch and would recommend it, or the Race if you don’t want to spend so much.

@@blackhawk69100 nice review man! What did you have it set on for the GPS tracking?
@blackhawk691002 ай бұрын
@ I think it just automatically goes onto performance mode when an activity is selected. The GPS is on best accuracy in that mode too, although I must admit in endurance with GPS on moderate, I didn’t see any significant difference in or out of town. You can custom the features used but I don’t bother. It’s plenty good stock for what I want. Although I’d be a liar if I didn’t say I’ve got my eye on the new Ocean. But it’s totally a frivolous thing as there’s nothing wrong at all with my Vertical

@@ChadLubinski the gps works only if you select an activity from the watch. if the watch sense that no activity i believed it will deactivate the gps since you are just sitting inside the car. I hope that you can test it as well. Thanks

They just move all support, production and data storage to China. For some that might be a problem. I assume if you work in the military, they won’t like it.

No issue with that at all. I have more issues with servers in the US
