I really appreciate the Byrds puns in this. I play in a band with Roger McGuinn's son, and through a friend of this band I started leading birdwatching walks. So now I have friends who appreciate both the Byrds and their "turns" and birds including terns. One of the places we go has a tern colony.

As a keeper, me too. You couldn't take a swarm out to sea though, bees hate flying over large bodies of water. And they won't fly further than five kilometres from their colonies. And can only detect sound from about 300 to 500 hertz which is lower than many alarm systems. But you can major in bees in university

So, I just watched a trailer for this film, and it was hilarious. "For more than 20 years, scientists have known that a swarm of killer bees has been headed towards the United States." From where?The special effects look great, though. Like the scene where the bees push a train off a cliff, with the great view from inside the driver's cabin as the train rolls... as does the world outside the window.Still, I guess it's more realistic than Fury.

All time best book for kids. I read it in my youth (I'm 42) and have been reading to my three year old son since he was two. We've both got it memorized. The rhyming schemes and wonderful artwork leave a last impression. Buy this book for your kids when you have them.
