In the early 2000's i visited the tree house after lunch. it was a great way to walk off meal! lovely streams, water falls, vistas.

I was there for opening day, my dad put me up on his shoulders. I remember like it was yesterday seeing Walt and the actors from the movie. I think they even had some ostriches running around. Still go to Disneyland today but now with my grandson, although we also go to Knott's to ride Ghostrider 6 or 8 times a year..... lol

Favorite part for this one... Haunted Mansion is introduced 🥰🥰🥰🥰. I have so much art from the Haunted Mansion and even my laundry room is Haunted Mansion.

I LOVE Haunted Mansion. We'll have a video on Friday celebrating it's 50th. I wanted to go to the anniversary celebration, but it's just WAY too much money to justify. $299 for character photo ops is so much $$$ for an event.

Even after rethinking it to Tarzan, this attraction has never really taken off...it seems to routinely be on “Worst Disney attractions” lists in both parks...I’ve only seen the Tarzan version, which is fun, if forgettable

I think it's cool, but I agree that it's forgettable. It fails to really capture the treehouse feel. Maybe if there were rooms you could actually walk inside like in the movie. Honestly don't think I've ever been in a real treehouse but I've loved the idea since I was a little kid, probably because of Swiss Family Robinson!
